1/26 Update:
Ski Brothers came out and did their best to keep my previous heat pump running for as long as possible. But the week of 1/16 it finally had an issue that could not be repaired. Aaron and his team quoted a full replacement that fell in line with industry pricing for our area for a new heat pump system. They were able to install next day at 9am and were done before 5pm. I would highly recommend Aaron and his team.

7/25: Eric was knowledgeable and personable. I will be sticking with Ski Brothers after they acquired Supertech.

I had a great technician! He worked really hard to get my unit in tip top shape. He explained a concern and took the time to listen to my many questions. I highly recommend Ski Brothers Heat and Air!

Called Ski Brothers To help install my Nest Gen 4 thermostat. I have a complicated system since I live in a high-rise downtown Little Rock…Ski bros installed without difficulties. H Kim was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly them recommend to anybody!

Our package unit heater stopped running in the middle of the night, and it was COLD! Inside the house was 53 degrees when I got outa bed, and this was a SUNDAY….😢 Got online and found these guys, gave them a call. They’re polite and professional. Aaron got to us in the afternoon and fixed the problem in 10 minutes, then waited there for a good while to mske sure that the heater would cycle on and off properly a few times.

Ski brothers is the FIRST company I’ve encountered that tracks my maintenance better than I do. They make the reminder and follow-up calls. Ski Brothers did an amazing job installing a Heil mini split for me at my Mamaw’s house. They were friendly, prompt, and professional. I highly recommend their services. Shoutout to Austin and Cody for their install and great service! Mamaw said they were very respectful and kind while showing her how to work her new system.

Moved in the area in July of 2025, our home is an older home and the HVAC system need some TLC. The Ski Brother have been our go to team, so far they have done two services and two emergency repairs. They have always been on time, over communicate the issues and professional.

Ski Brothers purchased the prior company that I used (Super Tech), and I was skeptical at first. But we had our first service today & it went really great. The guys were super helpful, respectful, and knew exactly what they were doing. They communicated proactively, were timely, and explained everything in clear detail. I feel confident continuing to use them for heating/air in the future.

We got same day service. We do have SkiBros on membership which allows us discounts on repair items and routine maintenance. We won't call anyone else.

I cannot say enough great things about Ski Brothers Heat & Air. They came out on a snowy, extremely cold day and made sure I did not have to go another day without heat. Despite the weather and the long hours, they stayed the entire day to ensure a new unit was fully installed so I wouldn’t get sick from the cold.

Their work ethic, efficiency, and commitment to doing the job right were truly impressive. Aaron, the owner, was incredibly responsive, communicative, and reassuring throughout the entire process. I also want to give a special shout-out to the sweet and professional lady who answers the main phone line, she was kind, helpful, and made the experience even better.

Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Ski Brothers Heat & Air to anyone looking for reliable, hardworking, and genuinely caring professionals.
