Great service. Tech arrived on the scheduled time and was courteous and professional. Fixed the AC unit by replacing the capacitor & recharged Freon. AC unit is working again.

This company also know as Max Home Warranty Services, LLC is very unresponsive, incompetent, and unprofessional. I used them through my home warranty company. It took them a very long time to follow-up after the initial inspection. After weeks, they decided we needed a new HVAC system which took forever to arrive (months) at the warehouse due to COVID. No communication from this company. We called them countless times to check on the status and they rarely called back. When they finally “fixed” the A/C, they left the site in shambles. When I called them about it, they ignored me until I reported it to the home warranty company and sent a photo. A few months later when the weather changed to cold, we discovered the heat didn’t work. Who replaces the HVAC system without testing to make sure it works properly? Had to file another claim with the warranty company and from the new company found out they never actually connected the heat properly and I was told had they left the gas line on we could have been carbon monoxide poisoned! They need to be shut down.

I have seen ! I have received a/c install from them they installed my néw heat and air after 3 other companies where full of bull! Never known them to be called anything but the nameOf the company. Lady , know your facts before you slander small Business!

Such an awesome experience with this company! Woke up on July 4th with an air conditioning unit jot working. Called just before 7:30 am and was amazed that someone even answered the phone. Not only did they answer, but they were able to get a tech to my house and have it repaired in under two hours. So thankful and appreciative!
