I have used Big Rock HVAC Services twice now. I cannot recommend them enough. Friendly technicians and quality work.

John Jones was very professional and informative when I asked questions. He explained to me what was going on and what he was going to do. I appreciate it. I cannot say enough great things about Big Rock HVAC. I have used them several times and the staff in knowledgeable and professional. Verry competitive pricing and have rushed to help in emergency situations. I would give them 10 stars if I could :)

Called Big Rock bc my unit had failed and they immediately came out and examined the unit, told us we needed a new unit and not only did we get an excellent price for a unit but they came out the next day and installed it! Thanks to everyone who went above and beyond to make sure everything was taking care of. 5 star company for sure!

I live in Hot Springs and Big Rock is in Bryant. They were here within an hour and 15 minutes after I called. I had heat within 35 minutes after they arrived for $141, which is a very reasonable price considering the distance they came. John Jones was my tech. He was a a very nice and professional tech. I would recommend this company to anyone.

As a business owner, two things are critical for our heating and air conditioning needs, timely response and a fair price. Each time we’ve had a need outside of maintenance the Big Rock team was there the same day if not within two hours and I have not been able to find anyone that can compare with their pricing. Highly recommend their service.

Big thanks to Big Rock for coming out and getting my residents cooled off. They came without hesitation and worked long hours until it was done. Needless to say, I’d call them again in a heartbeat. Thanks for sending a professional team to help get the job done.

These guys are fast and reliable we have used them several times and the service is great.

Very professional. Excellent service. John Knew what he was doing. Had another service come out before Big Rock. Other service charged us for nothing. They did not fix problem. John at Big Rock had it fixed in few hours and even checked next day to make sure everything was working properly. Big Kudos.

It was 6pm when our AC went out in the dead of summer. We called Big rock around 7pm & they had a very nice & knowledgeable tech (John) that arrived by 8pm with a smile. He had us lined out just in time to get the kids to bed & at a very reasonable & fair price. I will call Big Rock for all my HVAC needs moving forward! Service my family can depend on.

I called Big Rock midday today, really just hoping to have someone come out in the next few days, but I had a technician at my house within 4 hours. My problem is fixed and the price was more than fair. Excellent customer service throughout the scheduling process and I was promptly told when things were running behind. I will absolutely use them again!

After the service was completed I was very satisfied. First time in 3 years I walked into my bedroom and said to myself “Wow! The bed and room was warm”.

10/10 I would love to work with Jordan again, I really appreciate that she saw my dilemma and immediately tried to help me solve the problem. She was also so patient with me, I'm not very knowledgeable with HVACs and what's going on, but she took the jumbled mess I was saying and made sense of it and had a game plan for what I could expect next.

I've also worked with Tim who was super knowledgeable and patient as well!

I would definitely recommend Big Rock HVAC Services. Very nice and polite. They do great work and are reasonably priced. They don't price gouge like some places do. I give 5 out of 5 stars.

We have used Big Rock on all of or projects from our warehouses to new construction and ill tell you this,they are awesome and I would recommend them to anyone how wants great work and excellent customer service,call Bog Rock you won't be disappointed.

After calling a different company and paying $100 for a service call to take a look at a ringing noise coming from our furnace, we were told that our inducer motor and heat exchanger would need to be replaced, told we were leaking 9 parts per million CO2, and for the amount that they quoted us to fix those things, they were pushing us that it would make more sense to simply pay them to replace our entire system. A steal! :P

We called Big Rock Service Company to get a second opinion- and they did not charge us to come take a look. John came by and was just an absolute gem- SHOWED us that we were not in fact leaking ANY CO2, and told us there was not a genuine reason to replace the inducer motor OR heat exchanger as of yet, let alone our entire system. We all had a laugh together about what that first company was trying to sell us.

He didn't try to sell us a thing - Just asked us to please think of him when we did decide we needed some work done! After working with Big Rock Service Company my husband and I have hope again that there is some good, honest business left in Little Rock.

This Company saved us a lot of money! I called them for a second opinion at my store, and they came in and it was a simple fix! They did not charge us, and saved me from the other company. I really appreciate the honesty and I will definitely keep working with this company! It's really hard to find good honest people in this field of work, and Big Rock HVAC EXCEEDED my expectations. Thank you so much guys! I know who to call for any issues I have in the future!
