Answered Prayer!!! Unexpected event with A/C. It was hot and a freak out moment. Went to yelp, saw great feedback, and called.
Inquired via yelp, quick response from Justin, appointment within 2 hours, prompt, more than courteous, explained process, and waited until he knew for sure the problem was fixed. Not only amazed at how quickly he found the issue, the price was very reasonable and without a doubt the best around. Whatever this company is doing, others need to follow suit. I will be a returning customer!!

Everything was good from the very beginning. My estimate was done in a timely manner with them calling to give it to me over the phone before in writing. I really appreciated getting the price so quickly. I was in a limited time frame to get my new mini split installed and they made sure it was done on time and when they said it would be. I would highly recommend them, fist class all the way !

These guys are amazing! This company truly embodies the values we Americans should stand on! They care about their customers and in this heat and high demand for help they were at our door with smiles on within an hour of our call. In comparison, our home warranty company wanted to charge us a deductible higher than the diagnosis and repair cost us AND told us it would be 8 days before they could get a tech out. The All American techs were quick to diagnose the issue and get us cooling within minutes! It was no coincidence that they had a crew finishing up early nearby, they made our need a priority and came through! Thanks again!

Really great experience with these guys. They got here within an hour and got us fixed. Very reasonably priced. Super thankful to have air again!

Called them out to investigate why our AC wasn't cooling, immediately found where some ducts weren't taped off correctly and we were low on Freon, which they fixed and replaced. Recommended to replace AC unit in future. Was told we would receive a quote to replace and never received one. Well 1 week later and AC still wasn't cooling properly. Called out again, looked at outside unit and immediately said "your unit is doing all it can and you need to replace it." Called another company for second opinion, it was "extremely dirty coils." Our coils were never inspected. Once coils were cleaned by second company, unit is working as it should and does not require replacement.

Absolutely life-saving!! After going through a nightmare with my home warranty company, I was left without air conditioning or a clear date on when the work would be completed. I called All American Heat & Air, and Brandon came through in a major way, he showed up on a Sunday, worked quickly, and the pricing was more than fair. This is a stand-up, reliable business that truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services!

My AC system was shutting down and turning on briefly causing the room temperature reaching 87F. The technician on service call correctly diagnosed clogged drain line. He very quickly and neatly clear the line clog and AC is running like new. Friendly and professional service at a reasonable cost. He just became my AC go to place.
