After 2 years of our unit not heating or cooling our house properly, I called to talk to someone. Now understand that I had this problem a year earlier and spoke to Corey. He did not make any notes on my account which was made an issue. Corey had left Airco. I took a phone call from a Justin. Very rude condescending attitude. He used a lot of excuses but never really offered any ideas as to what the problem was except to say it was hot outside. He sent a service person to service the unit.
No follow up calls and the situation did not improve.
I hired a different hvac person to come out and he found 2 substantial leaks. I crawled under the house and saw them myself. Both these leaks were done by Airco.
I just can't in good conscience recommend this company anymore.

Bryan Long from Airco came out to service our HVAC system for winter. He was great, super knowledgeable and nice. Highly recommend.

Update: Airco did make an effort to fix things. I'll give credit where credit is due. They gave us a five year blower warranty with labor covered to make sure it wasn't installed incorrectly. They fixed the float switched. They also finally installed the missing fan wire from another new unit we got installed over a year ago from them too. I do appreciate them making the effort to make things right, but I just wish it wasn't so stressful to begin with. Sometimes you really have to insist that they don't bypass things like the fan wire, the float switch and city inspections. Them making it right gives me a hope they aren't leaving their customers hanging. Would I keep using them after being a customer for over a decade? On our third unit, I did find another company that was less stressful, so I'll try them. I hope Airco becomes the company I remember. I think it's only the past 2-4 years that things changed.

They used to be a good company, they are going downhill. I have a 2 year old unit installed by Airco, stopped working the other day, they claimed the fan blower broke. They hammered the blower in place (hammered for about an hour), even through I researched it was supposed just slide in place. Then the unit stopped working again the same day, technician claimed it's the pan switch. He said it's not an important feature and system was "made to bypass it." Is that true? I feel like they should fix the leak instead of bypassing it.

We have 3 units in the house. We had a second one installed by Airco again that same year. We've had problem since the 2nd month. They claim it's the thermostat issue. We found out they didn't schedule a state inspection, and we had to schedule it a year later ourselves, and the inspection found larger problems which they had to fix. It wasn't the thermostat.

Jeremy was professional, respectful, and efficient! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. I also love how easy it is to schedule through text; plus, they send a notification when your technician is on the way, including a photo. That extra layer of safety and transparency means a lot. It’s great knowing exactly who to expect at your door!

Bryan was knowledgeable and friendly. He represented Airco well. Glad he is on your staff. Very very satisfied. I have never had an Airco technician not be professional and customer friendly. Good job!

Made a late appointment on line, got a quick call to send a tech sooner, and next thing I know he was here. Jeremy quickly diagnosed my issue and actually showed me what was wrong and walked me through the process! I felt respected and trusted this service completely. In less than 30 minutes he had my air fixed and ready to go! I will use them as long as I am in central Arkansas.

Jennifer Shelton was prompt and very professional. After determining the problem she was able to complete the repairs and clean our unit. I was very satisfied with her service and opted to get the VIP Membership today! Thank you, Jennifer!

I am very pleased with Airco’s work and professionalism. In less than one week they replaced my home water regulator, my hot water tank, and both of my HVAC systems. I could not be more pleased with their work.

These guys are a joke. I initiated contact through an ad of theirs on FB to see if they serviced my area, and told them I have a 40x60 shop. Without asking any questions like, how high is the ceiling, how many windows, what the shop is made of, what kind of insulation does it have, or heck, just come look at the building...the person just says "you need a one ton unit mini split 9000 btu, $2500, final price". What a joke. Even simple, generic BTU calculations of 40x60x25 = 60,000 BTU's. I would stay FAR away from these clowns. This isn't even remotely good HVAC service. Run, run, run fast.

I had horible dealings with this company they have lied to me throughout the new construction installation. John the manager in the Maumelle branch has been so horrible to deal with he takes no accountability for any of the damages his company did to to my home. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Airco comes when they say they will. Their techs are always professional and kind. Have always left the house just as they found it. Price wise, their service contract seems to be around the market rate.

Cody was very helpful. He addressed an issue with drain pipe and added two safety cutoff switches to prevent possible flooding.

Jeremy was great again today! So professional and quick with his service. He was on time and very kind. I am very pleased with Airco and the technician today.

Jeremy arrived on time and gave excellent service. He showed us where our second filter was and we didn’t know it was there. we will definitely be using him again!

Your guys were very respectful. They didn't waste any time getting start for work. The noise was kept low and their language was noteworthy if you know what I mean. Lastly, they are professional employees. I truly believe AIRCO when they said "we have been in heating, air and plumbing for 30 years. My hat is off for AIRCO

Horrible service with a disappointing and low service oriented supervisor. Regular maintenance visit turned into no heat in near freezing degree weather. The tech returned this morning and didn’t fix what he messed up the day prior. We had to sleep with no heat and the supervisor was terribly condescending and will disregard you as a customer. Do not waste your money or put your family in jeopardy.

My experience with them was not good. They came twice for the same issue. The first the technician misdiagnosed the issue and had me spend over $800 for a part I didn't need. It didn't fix the leakage from furnace unit which was caused by a busted pipe. The second time, I got the correct diagnosis. However, when I asked about getting my money back for the part I was sold but didn't need, I was given the run around until I threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau. Finally a supervisor contacted me and told me I would get a refund for only half of my money since they had already sold me the part. I was so tired dealing with them that I accepted the half refund. I will never use them again. The whole experience left me with a great deal of distrust in their "expertise". It seems like they are more focused on getting customers spending money on unnecessary parts rather than solving their clients main issues.

This is the best service I have received since I moved back to the USA. I replaced the water heater air conditioning and heating system
With new thermostat and new vents.

The Team did it in one day work straight without lunch until it was done tested and I was trained on my new system. I would say that this is the best Company Team I have ever seen.

Buy from this company and you will be happy.
