I cannot recommend Sanders enough. This is the third large project they've completed during the 18 years I've lived in my home. Today was a new HVAC system. Joey and Will were knowledgeable, timely, and friendly during the entire install. The service tech John was also amazing. Sanders always provides a fair price, a great warranty, and friendly service. They have a customer for life in me.

Great group of guys. My family is super grateful they were fast, diligent, and early which in my world is right on time. Thank those fellers from bottom of my heart. Big time nod to Ferguson as well. Two plumbers came out together and both were amazing young men. They both did an excellent job, they were friendly but respectful. They explained the issues and how they resolved my issues. They made sure I was satisfied and explained the charges which both my husband and I appreciated. Would recommend Sander’s 100%! Best customer service all of the way around!!!

Joey & Will were the installers for the new heat & air system to be installed in my 15 yr old home. They were fantastic! Polite, friendly, professional & when it was discovered they had the incorrect unit on their truck, they did everything possible to make it right. I did get the unit I was promised & it was all done with a smile. I highly recommend Sanders Plumbing, Heat & Air. Riley is the tech that services my HVAC equipment bi-annually. He is very knowledgeable about HVAC systems & recommended the unit I purchased. He also was polite, friendly & professional.

Hank with Sanders Plumbing just came by and fixed my diy botched bathroom valve replacement. I called this morning and he’s here this afternoon. Very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly service. I certainly appreciate this kind of response from a highly recommended business.

John Tacket was absolutely AMAZING. He came out today and was able to diagnose what was wrong with my HVAC Unit in no time and get it working with what looked like ease. It was such a peace of mind and relief to have someone so humble and knowledgeable working on our unit. He is such a down to earth man. Thank you so much for Sanders and their amazing staff!

Advantage has been our HVAC company for over 10 years. Annual preventive maintenance and numerous other repairs have been done flawlessly. They also do plumbing repairs, hot water heaters, give 'em a call !! Just a couple shout-outs. Patrick, fantastic fellow, retired. Shawn, another star performer, promoted. 2 years running now, we have had the pleasure to work with Gerrett. Conscientious AND knowledgeable. 2 great qualities in ANY service & repair technician.

I had them come out to service my heating unit on last Thursday or Friday. They completed the service. They found a couple of issues they told us about and said it should be fine and we can have the repairs done in the near future. It completely stopped working on Saturday. We changed the thermostst and filters still wouldn't work. Monday I called to see if they could send someone out she stated we'll charge if we have to come back. Which was fine and I expected that. I was wanting to proceed with the repairs and also asked if they would send someone out to give an estimate on a new unit altogether. They said they would prioritize getting someone out and that didn't happen. Two days later they called to say someone would be out right then if someone was at home. My Husband told them we had already purchased a new unit which we had we went through a company who prioritized us and made us feel like we mattered and that our money was good. Needless to say they missed out on thousands of dollars being rude(whoever the lady is) and treating us as if we couldn't pay.

We had a special hot water heater that had to be replaced in a difficult to access place. The Advantage service man did an excellent job of taking care of all the adjustments to fittings needed to accommodate the new tank and worked quickly and accurately.

I’ve been using Advantage Svc. Co. for 25+ years and I’ve been well-pleased with their services. Today was no exception. Service Tech. Seth was timely, courteous, and worked quickly to get the job of replacing some A/C wiring done. I recommend this company for all your HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc. They are reasonable and dependable.

Joe was very knowledgeable and efficient installing my faucet and garbage disposal. He worked quickly and was very personable. I highly recommend Advantage Service Company!

Doug did an excellent job getting our generac working again. We now do not have to worry if the power goes out. Mom is on Hospice and on oxygen. So no worries now if the power goes out. Very friendly and would recommend to all my family and friends.

Super professional and honest! 10/10 recommend. They had our entire until replaced and running in a few hours.

I did not have an issue or concern about my unit, but I realized I never had my A/C checked prior to the summer (my fault). So, I called to ask a question about their maintenance program, and after my question was answered I was immediately given an appointment for the next day. While I wasn’t given an exact time for arrival, I was told it would be in the morning. The technician called before to make certain I was still agreeable to him showing up. He came, checked my A/C and made sure everything was working. He asked questions about my unit, indoor temperature, etc… and within 40 minutes he was done. I highly recommend Advantage for their courteous and prompt service.

Matt obviously knows his business and loves what he is doing. He took the time and explained to my son and me what equipment we had currently and what we would need in order to move forward with new equipment. He laid out several options and explained financing options that we didn't even know were available. Advantage Service Company must be top notch if their employees are all like Matt!

Tankless gas water heater was having issues. Contacted Advantage and treated incredibly well on the phone. Technician showed up early the next morning and solved the issue. Very professional. No issue with the cost of service and even set up a yearly service.

Heater on central malfunctioned. The HVAC gentleman found the problem and replaced the circuit board. Outstanding service.

We’ve used Advantage since we moved to Arkansas 11 years ago.

Had Advantage come out to fix a break in the water line. Gage and Miller were very professional and polite. They explained everything that was going on. I would highly recommend. Great customer service and speedy!

I had a bad experience with somebody and Advantage came in and saved me. So courteous so on time so reasonable I love these guys.
