Extremely professional and knowledgeable folks. My husband called a different company, and they gave us a lame excuse to get us to replace our whole system. I said no, we are getting a second opinion and I immediately called Central AR Service! I have always enjoyed the professionalism and knowledge of this company. They know their stuff when it comes to HVAC!
They were very quick to get us on their appointment schedule as well. Highly recommend Brandon and his team.

My kitchen sink was stopped up. The plumber arrived within an hour, began working immediately. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable. This is a company you can trust.

The stars given on this post are for the staff. They’ve got some great employees who are always helpful and always polite. The store is in a very convenient location also. I would do a whole bunch of my truck stock shopping here if the prices weren’t so ridiculously high. Refrigerant is over $100 higher here. I just priced a blower motor but found that it was $45 more expensive than their competitor, which is exactly 50% higher. Great staff, great products, terrible prices.

The customer service in this store is absolutely amazing. The general manager is a great guy all the way back to the warehouse. They’re all amazing here. Stores bathrooms kept clean almost always have what you need and if they don’t have it, they can get it for you when they deliver all their deliveries are on time, very professional when they pull up on jobs all around I give this place a 10 out of 10

I have used Sanders for my plumbing needs, the past couple of years.
Recently, they installed a new HVAC / Hot Water Tank, plus a Vent Stack.
Despite some communication and scheduling issues, all three crews did an amazing job. The installs were done with careful attention to detail and correctness.
I would suggest that future customers, exercise patience and cooperation and you'll receive a good product with professionalism and no mess afterwards.
I highly recommend Sanders Heating & Air, and Plumbing.
