They were very knowledgeable on the proper ways to hook up heat and air after seeing what was installed prior to their coming to my home from another company they just couldn't believe it they had to come back in do a little bit more investigating before they can give me a good estimate they work very diligently on making sure that they get things right to first go round greatly appreciated

They have excellent customer service and excellent service. Got a quote the same day came in . My furnace went out right before thanksgiving. They were able to replace my furnace and complete air conditioning unit the next day. Fast friendly service and I would highly recommend.

Service tech was super nice. I was out of town and I talked to him on the phone while he was at our home, he explained what was going on with our outside unit, we have a heat pump and we thought the fan was frozen, it was but I didn't know it had a defrost mode, so not really an issue. The tech then explained that the bearings sounded like was going out in fan motor, recommended we go ahead and replace it, the estimate was way less than what he quoted off the top of his head. The tech didn't push a sell but I think he was just being honest. We appreciate that.

The service tech was very polite and knowledgeable. He shut the gate so our 2 spoiled dogs could not get out when he left.

I called Bert Black for my annual maintenance on my generator. They were right on time for appointment and the 2 technicians knew what they were doing. Checked out everything and said my generator was good. Very polite!

Great service. The technician , Jacob, took the time to explain what was wrong instead of talking over my head. Very pleased. Also showed showed up when they said they would. Will definitely use them again

My furnace needed a gas valve replacement.
Furnace is very old but they were able to find the part and fix it.
I remember when the company was Nicholas and so glad Bert Black is continuing to bring the same professional services to Pine Bluff and surrounding areas.

service men were nice, but tried to tell me i had a compressor going out and would probably need a new unit with cost 8-10,000 at least. signed up for maintenace service. cost me over 300 for a 5 min evaluation. got a second opinion and it was actually an easy fix and something that should have been seen if they had spent more than jist a few mins. cancelled the service agreement and they refused to refund any of the amount even though it had been less than five days. complete rip off and scam. Felt like i was at a car dealer and being looked at like the dumb woman. i will not ever use their service again.

I would like to say how wonderful Ryan Reeves did for us on our water leak! He is very committed to doing the right thing to get things back to normal! My husband said he worked so hard to make sure things were fixed properly! You have a very committed individual who does his job extremely well...be very proud of him! Thank you Ryan so much for all your hard work...great job...I would have you back anytime!

Jonah Sorvillo is a very polite, articulate professional. He reviewed my problems. He offered a solution and advised of various upgrades that I might consider.
He was quick, efficient, and clean.

Mr. Glover arrived on time, was very courteous, explained what he was going to do in language that I could understand. He was very focused and worked in productive manner but did not hurry. It was pleasure to have him service our equipment.
