Mr. Whittiker responded immediately to my service call. He was willing to travel after hours during the January ice storm. He was thorough with his system check and after identifying the issue he provided all possible options to resolve the problem. Ultimately I decided on a new HVAC system that he was able to install within a weeks time frame. I am extremely satisfied with his rapid response, attention to detail, impeccable customer service, and overall professionalism. For all of these reasons, I highly recommend his service.

This was my 1st time using Mr. Whittaker for an AC issue. He was prompt getting to the house. Once there he diagnosed the issue and explained what was needed to repair it Along with the pricing. Parts needed to be ordered. He was in communication with me letting me know when the parts would possibly be in.

He came out to repair the unit and it ran a lot better when he was finished. I could not be more satisfied with his services. His prices in my opinion were reasonable. Don’t hesitate to call him. Mr. Whittaker came out himself when our AC went out on a 85° day. It was an emergency due to having my 10 month old in that heat. He was absolutely amazing. Got us fixed up in about an hour 1/2 and arrived very promptly. He answered all of my hundreds of questions without hesitation. He never pressured me to buy anything, was very truthful, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We will not be using anyone else from now on except Whittaker AC and heating!
