Legitimately the single greatest service experience of my life. From the time I called them, until the time they were finished, was 92 minutes. The servicemen were professional, and the price was excellent. I would, and will, call them again.

Great experience. Prompt at returning my original call. Scheduled me right away. Sent an incoming text for expected arrival. Understood my issue and was able to resolve with ease, all while explaining and giving me tips. I will be a repeat customer if I run into any further issues.

Scheduled an appointment received a professional text message saying they were on the way. Identified the issues with my AC. Repaired it submitted me and invoice and a follow up call to make sure everything was operating like it should.

Coldest day of the year and the heater blower goes out at 0800 on a Saturday. Called Steve and he personally came out and checked on us. Although he was not able to get the parts until Monday he was prompt to get the parts early on Monday and we were back in business in no time. Great guy and great staff....we have a yearly contract for mx and I highly recommend.

They are prompt, dependable and professional but most of all, it’s a one trip fix to correct the problem. We’ve recommended this company to our friends and will continue to do so.

Steve Hester & Son responded to our call for help the same day we called. We had duct work under the house causing so much moisture that the wood floor in a bedroom had totally buckled up 3 to 4 inches. After a complete review of the problem they gave us a quote less than half the amount of the company that installed and maintained the unit.
The employees were very pleasant and enjoyable.
We also changed our maintenance plan to this company.

They were very informative, courteous and kind. They did an awesome job cleaning registers and air ducts. They answered all my questions. They took before and after pictures and shared them with me. Their guys are professional and knowledgeable and have always been able to resolve any issues that I called them about. They're reliable and we appreciate them taking such great care of us and would recommend them without hesitation.

I was referred to these guys by my dad, he said they did really good work for him. They made it out same day even though it's the middle of a heatwave and I know they're probably really busy. The technician was friendly with me, fixed it quick and I got a fair price. And he happily answered all my annoying questions. I'd definitely use these guys again (although hopefully I don't have to)

They are awesome and very professional. Cody is amazing! He has taken care of our house a few times and he is very polite and always speaks to us politely and gives us advice. And every time we have a question he gives us a very clear explanation. He is a great engineer who does a great job. I highly recommend them!

Steve really impressed me with his handling of my HVAC issue, given that the business literally has his name in it, I didn't expect to talk to him personally at the end of the day - but he called to make sure I understood what was going on and what needed to happen going forward. His transparency makes me glad to work with him and his business again in the future.

I own a local restaurant in Sherwood, I have had constant problems with the AC in the summer and also with the walk in cooler. I had called multiple HVAC companies and spent 10s of thousands of dollars trying to fix the problem. Then I called Jamie and he came and immediately his professionalism impressed me. He trouble shot all the problems and fixed them. We are halfway through June and have not had to close once because of no AC. Also, he repaired my walk in in a timely manner! I can’t say enough good things about the service and the quality of work! Recommend 10/10
