I never leave negative reviews, but this has been the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a repair for my home. They came out to view the issue over two weeks ago. As soon as the repairman walked into my kitchen he said, “I won’t be able to fix this type of faucet and I don’t have the part.” This is after I waited 4 days for them to come and tell me this. I told him that I understood but asked what could done to assist with the leak. He said he could do anything until he had the parts. He said he would need to call his manager to find out more details. He left me a written estimate including the damages that I already knew about. No one called me the next day as he promised to provide me an update. Another 3 days passed and then I finally called them. They said that the part was on back order but they would contact me when the part arrived. Three more days passed by and I received a call on Monday stating that the part was in, however their next available appointment was on Friday. Overall I will say that the representative was very nice and did her best to assure me that they would be resolving my issue. Unfortunately my faucet is still not fixed and I just got another call that the technician was “running late”. I would not recommend this company to do work in anyone’s home.
UPDATE: The owner called me personally to apologize for the inconvenience. She will be sending another technician today to have my faucet repaired and will upgrade my faucet at no additional cost. I appreciated her responsiveness to this issue. -
This company was dispatched to my home Jan 29,2025 for a leaking shower. Today Feb 12, 2025 15 days later, they called to say they need to come take the cartridge off to see if they can find the one we need. This is the most ridiculous and unskilled company I've ever encountered. Half a month to figure out which cartridge is needed and it will probably take the other half of the month to actually fix it.
Please stay away from this company if you actually want a problem fixed. -
By far the worse experience I have ever had with a company. The owner and her workers should not be in the business of working with people. The plumber that came out today was unprofessional, not knowledgeable, and rude. He actually refused to snake my line because of weather and when I asked him to please snake the line he yelled at me and slammed the door as he left and still didnt do his job. Please stay clear of this company!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Billie, and I couldn't be more impressed with his plumbing services. Billie was not only punctual and professional, but he also went above and beyond to ensure that all my plumbing issues were resolved efficiently. Billie clearly knows his stuff. He also explained what the problems were and how he was fixing them, which I really appreciated. Everything’s working perfectly now, thanks to Billie. If you need a plumber, I highly recommend him. He did a fantastic job!

Absolutely the worst experience ever with a company sent by a home warranty. Our technician Richard was the rudest and unprofessional person I have ever encountered. They were called to replace a gas pipe to our furnace so the gas company would turn the gas back on. When my wife told him he said he didn’t need her assistance and began cussing and throwing things around. In short the pipe that needed replacing didn’t get done and he changed a valve on the stove that is being replaced by another contractor through the home warranty. This company may be good but definitely don’t let Richard into your home.
The next day we contacted the company to complain and got a complete runaround about the situation. We have filed a complaint with the home warranty company. Do not use this company!!! -
My experience with DNB Plumbing has been very positive and professional. My kitchen and bathroom had dripping faucets and pipe leaks underneath the cabinets. The company responded to American Home Shields' request quickly and scheduled my appointment within a timely window, of when to expect my technician to contact me.
Communication was sequentially followed through with a text and phone call of estimated arrival. Billy was my technician. He assessed the problems and immediately went to work completing each task with efficiency. Thank you Billy for a pleasant experience. -
Homeshield dispatched this company for a leaking garbage disposal. DNB called to set an appointment right away and Jimmy arrived within hours of my request for service. This is by far the fastest I have ever had service in 13 years with Homeshield. Jimmy was awesome and I have a new non leaky garbage disposal. I appreciate his taking the time to explain the cause (I was asking 20 questions lol) and how it's been fixed. I am keeping this company for any future plumbing needs.

This is the worst plumber you could ever go to , stay away, they can not fix anything. The home insurance sent them, he came to my home without even touching the water heater decided is not worth fixing and he told it is very old needs to be replace reported something else to insurance and they rejected the claim to a 20 year old water heater. I do not have a problem with his diagnostic, but he did not tell me that he will take the insurance company side. Why you did not let me know .

My home warranty assigned DNB to address a low water level issue in one of my toilets. Jimmy was prompt and pleasant. He assessed the issue and was done within the hour. I have no complaints and am highly satisfied with their service.

Billie, Brian & Tito (roof guy)were awesome and respected my home. Never had contractors leaving my house this clean. I normally have insulation everywhere, dirt,etc.. thanks DNB Plumbing for a great installation!

This company sent a plumber to my house three times in three different dates but couldn't fix the problem. The toilet bowl was running water and after the second visit the toilet continues running water so I called for service again. The third plumber came and said "the job wasn't done right", but by the time he was done the toilet was still running excessive amount of water on the toilet bowl and did not stop running until the tank was completely full. I told the plumber that the toilet was not supposed to do that, and I even showed him another toilet in my house that wasn't doing the same and was working properly, but he left without fixing the problem stating "that was the way it was".

This company has helped us out many times but recently I had a leak under my sink and requested them to send someone the same day and they actually did. The plumber "Ryan" paid attention to detail and rectified the issue ... We are very grateful by his professionalism and overall great customer service. Will be using them in the future.

I was really impressed with the quality of work that was performed. I had a drain snaked and under kitchen repair. He also tightened up the garbage disposal so it would fall. Thank you.

AHS assigned my work order to Dnb Home Services. They came our on November 23, 2024. I know the 1/2 bath toilet, which is rarely used, has a hair-line crack and evidence of a slow leak due to the stains around the toilet and some of the grout. Still the technician said it's not leaking so nothing needs to be done. I called AHS and they said I have to pay again $100 to have a plumber come out again.
If you are looking for a quality plumber, Dnb Home Services is not it. Run!! -
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My home warranty sent them so if you have the option of not using them DONT. It took them two weeks to fix our leak coming from our up stairs shower. The first guy who came to take a look was actually really nice, Jameson. He informed us how the process would work. Said it would be a two man job. They would come out have to cut some holes in the ceiling to get to the leak. After the leak was repaired said that they have to wait three days to come back to fix the holes just to make sure the problem was fixed. Well they came out to fix the leak but it was a new guy and an apprentice, my wife asked them when they would fix the hokes in the ceiling and he said “we are just demolition we don’t fix the sheet rock”
Terrible customer service. They will never answer the phone either.
Finally getting a new contacted to come out and fix the holes. -
Our water heater was leaking and I notified my warranty company. They sent out DNB services to check the problem. Jim came out and did a thorough inspection of the old water heater and said it would have to be replaced. We agreed to some extra charges that would make the new hot water heater even better and safer. They scheduled a day and time for the new heater and they were on time and Bryan did an excellent job and was very nice. Hats off to the owner for having well trained employees. I would use this company again.

Rating: 2.8 out of 5 starts
First off, don’t let the one-star or five-star reviews mislead you—those ratings are exaggerated. If I could, I would give this plumbing company 2.8 stars.
I was assigned this company through my home warranty provider. While the job eventually got done, the experience was far from smooth.
Let’s start with communication. The woman who answers the phone clearly uses speakerphone, making it extremely difficult to hear her. Communication was poor from the start — for that alone, I’d give 0 out of 5 stars.
When the plumber came out initially, he barely spoke to me. He quickly assessed the situation and said I needed a new water heater. That was fine — I agreed. But when installation day came, the plumber caused damage to my property that wasn’t there before and refused to fix it. Two plumbers came that day, and after they left, I had a leak.
The next morning, a third plumber arrived to fix the leak — and thankfully, he did. However, the damage they caused during the initial installation (drywall mess, etc.) was ignored. I was told they don’t handle that. But my point is: if you don’t fix it, why did you damage it in the first place?
Due to their carelessness, I now have to hire a separate contractor for drywall repairs — an issue that didn’t exist before they came. For that level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability, I would again give zero stars.
In total, it took three plumbers and three visits to complete what should’ve been a straightforward water heater replacement. While the issue is finally resolved, the journey to get there was frustrating and unnecessarily drawn out.
I would not recommend this company. If your warranty company assigns them, I strongly suggest requesting a different provider. This company needs to seriously review their customer service practices and job execution standards. -
Today I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life from a home repairman/plumber. DNB sent out a repairman, he was an older gentleman with white hair. The minute he walked into my home he was so rude and disrespectful that I couldn’t tell if he was joking or not. I told him that I was working but if he needed anything he could come to my desk and his response was “I can’t tell but, ok” I laughed it off because I thought he was joking. This man was in my home working on my garbage disposal and was calling people trying to figure out a way to be able to charge me outside of my warranty. Once he was done he came to my desk tapping his pen on his clipboard aggressively telling me he needed my “autograph” without even telling me if my issue was resolved or not. I asked him if he had fixed it (still thinking that he just had different kind of sense of humor than I’m accustomed to) and he said “YOU HAVE A NEW GARBAGE DISPOSAL, IS THAT GOOD ENOUGH FOR YOU?” I called my husband in shock as the man was still sitting outside of my home. My husband called and left a message with the company. We have not heard anything back yet. I hope anyone who is considering hiring these people for service, PLEASE RUN, DONT WALK

We had DNB Home Services come out through our home warranty company for a leaking disposal, and Jimmy was the technician who helped us. He communicated clearly that he was running late from earlier appointments, which we really appreciated, and kept us updated along the way. Once he arrived, he was very friendly, thorough, and completed the repair quickly. He even noticed another issue that needed attention and fixed that, too. On top of that, he gave us helpful tips on preventative care to avoid future leaks and water damage. Excellent service—professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We would absolutely use Jimmy and DNB Home Services again.

American Home Shield had this company come out for a leak. They came out twice and each time i hoped that the issue was fixed. Either a new leak or the existing one came back 10 or so minutes after they left. They either never fixed the leak or they kept causing a new one. After the second time, they said that it was a dishwasher issue and American Home Shield wants me to pay again for another service request. It wasnt leaking from this area when i had originally started the request.

Highly ethical and fair pricing. One of the plumbing vendors we have had assigned from Home Warranty Companies who do not make their attempts to rape the customer for add-ons when replacing a covered item. We have used them for more than a decade to work on rental homes in the area. They have completed hundreds of work orders for us. A great group of honest people.
