Because of an employee who is no longer with them I was given misinformation for months about my shower replacement date. When finally complete there were issues that they had to come back out and fix and didn't even fix the biggest thing they guaranteed would be fixed. Too bad I won't be using them for any of the other major projects on my house I need done.

Starting with the home visit from Jack Hamilton, Direct Sources's sales representative to the final installation of our Bahama shutters, we have nothing but high praise for the professionalism we experienced. The side of our house was extremely drab. The shutters put the pop we wanted on the exterior side of the house that faces the street. We have had numerous positive comments about the shutters. I would especially like to thank John, our installer. He did an excellent job with the installation and completely explained their operation prior to his departure. A big thumbs up to the entire Direct Source team. I would definitely recommend them for any job regardless the size or complexity.

I shopped around slot and I got a few quotes for siding and gutters. I chose direct source and I am happy I did. I was extremely satisfied with the installation of my siding. The crew that came out was friendly and knowledgeable about their work.

By no means have any dealings with this company. Completely disturbing customer service and deplorable communication. Stephen (owner? also spoke with a Jimmy) just laughed at me and told me to call his X employee Randy to discuss the complaint of being told 6-8 weeks for shutters, possibly before hurricane season in June 2022. Still waiting (it is now Jan 2023) and no solid answer... ZERO trust in this company. At this point I just want my deposit back bc there is no way I would let them touch my house (my heart sank after reading other negative reviews). No clue how they have 4 stars.

Everything was great except some unexpected circumstances caused the job to drag on for a few days

The salesman came out in early Jan, 2023. I caught Covid shortly and did not get a chance to cancel the job. When they called to set up an install, I told Jimmy I wanted to cancel my order. Sorry..3 days has past to cancel even though I told him I had Covid. He wanted to schedule in Feb but I had dr appts for my mother to take care of plus my own life schedule. Fast forward to now, we finally get another appointment..I told him after Mardi Gras I should have at least 2 days to put aside.. the first guy saw my shower and said, noway and left. The second guy, worked hard at tearing it out for the install only to find out my 50 year old shower, customed tiled, is now a drain placement issue that the the salesman noted that it was not centered in his drawing. Now I'm being told I have to spend another $1200 for a plumber to replace the drain that has been there 50 years. I'm not happy. Jimmy said that he was not responsible for this expense. I told him to make the bottom fit my old shower. Btw, the plumbers he hired showed up after 3 pm yesterday and barely spoke English. Also, I'm without what was told to me that they took care of the plumbing expenses. I'm getting another plumber to consult with as I don't agree w what I'm being told. I don't like being pushed into decisions that going to cost me more mon. I'm not happy.y sources months later and I am still not with my shower. Not good for business and I don't have my deposit.

Connor Donnelly helped me out so much after I was looking to change up my bathroom and little bit. He was very personable and knowledgeable.

Mike provided excellent service on the install.
He ensured that All of my questions were answered and provided advice regarding cleaning my new beautifully installed shower. I will recommend Direct Source moving forward and hope you get Mike as the installer.

Competitive pricing on our screened porch. . Salesperson Clay was personable and came to our home. Installer Ernie was meticulous and did an outstanding job and came back immediately to fix a minor issue.
Definitely deserves 5 stars all around.

We had the pleasure of meeting Anthony Andrews, consultant from Direct Source, when he visited our home to provide us with a quote. This young man truly understands the needs of his clients. He listens and offers suggestions if needed. He showed us amazing products and helped design my dream bathroom. Although we have not committed to buying yet due to our own personal issues, we have 30 days to make a final decision without the price increasing from quote given. I think that's pretty amazing! Thank you Anthony for your patience and for always being there to answer my questions and continuing to check on us! We truly appreciate everything you've done! 🌟

Very poor Workmanship! My roof has been leaking since day 1, and that's been a Lil over 1 yr ago installed. My roof Did Not leak before installation. My roof needed to be replaced from old age. I have called countless times only to get a person periodically named (Jimmy or Robert) OWNERS.....they kept sending the same lil fellow out that would stand on my porch with tubes of Silicone glue in his hands saying, (I do not know why your roof leak.)
Well the have Shingles stacked on top of my Skylights causing a lip to catch the rain and pour inside of the roof. In which case I had another roofing company come out to see the problem and they explained that the shingles go underneath the flashing around the skylights so the rain will flow on the outside of the roof instead of inside. So, now I've had to pay another roofing company to correct this problem. Direct Source should have caught this if they would have sent a Supervisor out to assess the problem. They have even Blocked my number. Real Professionalism.

They came out to quote me on powder coated aluminum shutters for 6 windows and the quote was nearly 3 times what other companies quoted me. I was quoted $16k from Direct Source and another highly reputable shutter company was $6k for the same shutters. I'd recommend looking elsewhere. They are not even close to being competitive.

My wife and I got 3 different quotes on installation of an insulated patio. We decided to go with Direct Source for the job. We were told 6 to 8 weeks which is fine. After 12 weeks I called and was told we were waiting on the color we picked out to come in, it was on back order. We never picked out a color. I asked what was available and went with one of those choices. The guys came out and removed the old and installed the new. First time it rained, it leaked at every seam. They sent the guys back out to re-seal the top. They ended up having to cut the posts by over an inch because they had the patio cover too level. They did not adjust the gutters when they did this, and now those pull away from the cover. I have constant moisture where the patio cover meets my house and already after 2 months am seeing signs of rust. I have tried to contact them to come back out but they do not return my calls. Now I am having trouble finding anyone that repairs poorly installed patio covers. Stay away from Direct Source
