Fantastic experience with replacing my 19 year old, 80 gal hot water heater. The installers, Kori and Tim, were friendly and professional. Sam & Sons also offered the best price out of the 3 proposals I received.

Top-notch service! Sam’s and Sons remodeled our guest bathroom and the results are beautiful. They stayed on schedule, communicated clearly, and delivered high-quality work. Wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

I recently had my door repaired and a new handle and lock installed by Sam and Sons, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The technician who came was professional, punctual, and very skilled. He fixed my door perfectly and made sure the new handle and lock were installed securely and worked smoothly.

Like a lot of people in the reviews, I wish I would have done my homework on this company. I called for a laundry drain clog, the plumber came out (Adam), he assessed the clog and said he could fix it by snaking it. Needless to say, he was not able to unclog the drain, with either the handheld snake or the larger one. In the process of snaking the drain he broke the PVC pipe leading into the drain. He then concocted a repair bill that included cutting metal pipes and going through the county for a permit, etc., to try and reach the clog without a guarantee of fixing the problem. With a proposed repair bill of just under 2.7K, he then suggested an alternative fix of rerouting pipes with a quote of 3.5K. At the end I was charged $959.00 for absolutely nothing. Since when is snaking a laundry drain nearly a $1000? I was able to get the problem fixed by another company (I can’t remember the name, but I’ll update this review and include it). The company I went with rerouted the pvc pipes and some other things for half the cost!!!!

When the work was completed, the plumber said he was going to try and unclog the original laundry drain, he was able to unclog it with a handheld snake within five minutes!!! And he didn’t charge me for the extra service. Unbelievable how a “Master Plumber from Sam and Sons” can be so incompetent. I feel like they just wanted to run the bill up on me. Very untrustworthy company it seems like. I plan on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I'm sure half of the positive reviews are fake

Sam and Sons did an amazing job restoring a primary shower stall to full use after being out of commission for three years! Sam listened to the issues and worked with me to find a solution that worked. His techs were thorough, very neat, and did very high quality work. Sam came twice on the day when his team was here to monitor the work and make sure the crew had what they needed.

I have not had such good customer service and quality work in a very long time! I will be hiring them again.

Adam the Plumber is outstanding. He shows up on time, explains everything clearly, and gets the job done the right way without cutting corners. You can tell he knows his trade inside and out — he works confidently, solves problems quickly, and keeps everything clean while he’s working.

What impressed me the most was his attitude. He’s respectful, patient, and genuinely cares about making sure the customer is taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, honesty, and great work ethic the way Adam does.

If you need a plumber you can trust, Adam is the one. I’d recommend him to anyone.

I had such a positive experience with a plumbing repair which turned into a bathroom remodel. I had a very insidious toilet leak in our downstairs bathroom which had been patched along by previous owners of the home and other plumbing companies. When I called Sam and Sons for a second opinion, they were prompt, courteous and professional. They came right out despite the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday weekend, and did very thorough diagnostics and came up with a plan. while obviously more in depth than I initially thought, they made sure I understood everything that was going on every step of the way. I never felt as though they were pushy or gimmicky. I understood thoroughly what was going on, and our timeline for completion. Ramon and his crew were absolutely outstanding. They were consistently punctual, tidy, communicative, professional, and worked around my schedule. As a healthcare provider, it is unpredictable to say the very least, and they were always so accommodating. These kinds of things happening right before the holidays are never ideal. Thank you to Sam and Sons for making this as painless and prompt as possible. I will have no hesitation calling you in the future!

Sam and Sons Plumbing has honestly been one of the best companies I have worked with in a long time. From the moment I called they were responsive helpful and very straightforward about everything. Adam the plumber came out to my house and he was absolutely outstanding. He was friendly knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing which gave me a lot of confidence that the job was being done right.

The pricing was fair the work was clean and everything was finished quicker than I expected. It is really hard to find companies that still care about their customers but Sam and Sons really does. I am very pleased with the project and how friendly everyone was. Not one grumpy person did I have contact with. I appreciated I could buy my fixtures from wherever I chose and have them ready for install. ReNew was able to find a bathtub for my mobile home and replace the old one! I didn't want to spend on a remodel, my goal was to replace the cracked plastic tub, but they offered to install a vanity replacement at a price I could not pass up. It is very difficult to find a company willing to quote on a mobile home project. The two installers were so professional and polite, I really enjoyed the process. The office kept me updated on my project throughout (the tub was on backorder for several weeks). I would definitely use ReNew again and recommend.

The implementation on my bathroom reno was outstanding. Isaac did a great job! He was efficient so it went fast without rushing, and the mess was kept to a minimum.
My only complaint is that they required 75% of money before scheduling, which seems high to me--especially since it was financed. I think 50% is more appropriate.

Let me first start by saying I absolutely love my new shower. John who installed it was great and always on time and walked me through where he was at each stage. On the second day I asked them if they could add hanging a new bathroom door and replace the trim in the bathroom onto the project. John told me absolutely and to check with the project manager. That’s where the run around started. I was kept being told someone would come out to measure and then after the shower was done no one called or came out and getting a call back without repeat calls to PM was frustrating at best. Sure don’t know what his function is on the project. Funny no one noticed there is a second bathroom that needs a shower conversion and how far a little customer service would have gone to get that second bathroom project. So if you have anything more than just a shower, their claim of full remodeling is misleading on their website. They don’t paint walls or stain wood trim or doors which could be involved in a full remodel.

Angela Gosling called to make an appointment to help me pick out what I wanted for the remodel. Angela did not rush me. She was so patient and went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my selections. Angela also responds to my texts and she calls immediately to answers all my questions. New Home innovations will be doing my entire install.

Mark from ReNew Home Innovations came out tonight to show us what our options are for redoing our main bathroom. He went over everything with us, made his recommendations, and showed us exactly what we would be getting. We were very happy with everything he showed us and his recommendations. I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting have work done on their home.

Ryan is an organized and friendly project manager, who took the time to answer all of my questions, recommend options I hadn’t considered and provide finishing details above and beyond what I expected! Chris is a patient, professional and thorough technician, who walked me through the work he was planning to do each day. He made my significant other and I comfortable with him working in our home and I am extremely happy with the high quality of his work. Al the ‘counter top guy’ and Scott the plumber were also very competent and professional.

I am very pleased with the bathroom remodel and new kitchen countertops. I had a pleasant experience with everyone I met and communicated with at Renew. I plan to come back when I’m ready for my home’s next remodeling project :)

My experience with this project had both positive and negative aspects. On the positive side, the quality of work met my expectations for the cost, and the project progressed quickly once started. However, I encountered an unresolved electrical issue that was not addressed, as I was informed it was outside my contract. This oversight was not communicated to me prior to the project's initiation. Additionally, I found the communication and scheduling to be inadequate, and I felt that the professionalism of the owner and his wife was lacking. I will not use ReNew again.
