Beautiful showroom. Friendly folks that made buying our tub from here so easy.

02/09/2024 The bathroom was totally remodeled. The tub was taken out and a shower was put in. The toilet, vanity, sink, mirror, lighting fixtures, exhaust fan and flooring were replaced. It was given a new coat of paint. We started talking to them at the end of September. They could not start the job until the beginning of January. They did an excellent job. The bathroom looks great. The cost of the job was higher than I liked but it turned out great.

USA Bath went above and beyond for us! We needed to reschedule our install date and they were so accommodating and helpful. Our installer, Bobby, did an amazing job. Our new shower looks great!

Nancy is such a pleasure to work with. She understood my vision for a new shower install. With her expertise, I was able to select the products that fit my vision. Nancy is very design-knowledgeable and was able to pull together all the pieces of the process in her first visit. She is accessible and responsive whenever you have questions or concerns. I loved working with Nancy and highly recommend her to all who want an experienced designer to help plan out your project. Kudos to Nancy and the entire team at USA Bath who worked on my install.

The staff here is great! The receptionist was welcoming and very helpful. She referred our concerns to Kristy who was also fantastic! They’re helpfulness was complimented by a full array of options and quality products for our needs. I will definitely suggest them to my friends and family.

USA Bath provided my husband, who is a veteran, a beautiful shower that is ADA accessible. Michael Kemp made sure that the shower was customized to my husband’s liking and disability. Thank you so much as this has been life-changing for my husband’s everyday life

Product appears good quality. Financing is a disaster. I've done everything I've asked to to complete the financing process but when the financing company lags, here com we the barrage of texts and phone calls. I am responsible for patients that I take care of and make sure they don't die so the borderline harassment calls and texts have only pushed me to look at other options and products when I am ready for my guest bathroom be redone.

Dear USA Bath: My wife Diane and I wish to take this opportunity to recognize Mr. Vladimir Braun, Installer, for his "outstanding craftmanship" in the recent remodeling of one of our larger bathrooms. The job entailed major demolition, debris clean-up, and designated reconstruction to modernize and enlarge this room.

Mr. Braun arrived each day at the designated time and carefully prepared our home for protection from his planned work. He worked until late each afternoon and left our home completely debris-free.

I'm enclosing three photos of the bathroom; two before work began and one with the finished result. Needless to say, we love it!

Our new bathroom is "absolutely beautiful and we appreciate the support and quality of Vladimir's handiwork. He's a true professional and exemplifies the topmost standards of good customer service and quality workmanship. Our sincere thanks for his job well done.

We love our new shower! We replaced an old 40 year-old tiled shower that was impossible to keep clean anymore.
We now have a beautiful, easy to maintain, walk-in shower with bench, partial glass enclosure, grab bars and easy to use wall and handheld shower heads.
The process from the initial home consultation, showroom visit to make decisions and write the contract, to the installation went very smoothly with great communication at every step.

Overall Satisfaction was: Fantastic, Pleased and Fully met my needs. Of course I felt everything was very pricey but isn't everything getting pricey!!!! I actually feel I got what I paid for and maybe a little more....

The whole process went very well. We quoted three different companies after considering all of our options we decided to go with Unique Home Solutions. The sales reps, final measurement and install all went great. Everyone was very professional and treated our house with respect.

We recently had our bathroom redone with Unique Home Solutions.
It was a complete tear out of our existing tub, surround and floor.
They completed the job in one day and you could not even tell they were there.
The gentlemen who completed the work were very neat, personable, and respectful.
The workmanship was of the highest quality.
My wife and I are extremely pleased with our new bathroom and would recommend Unique Home Solutions to our family and friends!

My husband and I were so impressed with the quality of the people that work at Unique in Cleveland, OH. From the sales associates to office staff to Installers they work as a team. We had leaf gutters installed on our 1960's ranch, needless to say they are beautiful! The work crew was diligent in tearing off the old gutters which were full of ice and snow and installing the new gutter system. We would definitely consider Unique in other jobs we have.

Buyer and first time homeowner Beware
These guys will scam you into a sale that is WAY overpriced (most likely to line their pockets).
They reel you into products by explaining how much better they are than box stores...but after finding out differences, it's not by much.
I paid $4000 (almost was 4.5k)
For an entry door fully installed with one half circle window on top (no door knob hardware)
I soon found out it was WAY too much for one door!
My rear entry door and a man door for the garage was only $2500!
Also you pay for "quality and a warranty" but they charge you $100+ to come out to fix anything. Find somewhere else

I had a bathroom remodeled. I was sold on the fact the they offered total satisfaction and a life time warranty. After the remodel was nearly finished I found that the salesman was no longer with the company and that the work that I thought would be completed, wasn't going to get finished...so I was stuck with a half finished bathroom and a large renovation bill. I called the company to see if they would correct problem. I was told that service manager would contact me.( this was in November 2022). AS of this date (January 20, 2023..I haven't heard from their service manager....

We have utilized Unique’s services twice now, for a bathtub/bathroom remodel and full home window installation project. The level of quality of workmanship and products are second to none! Not only is the service provided in a timely manner, but it done so effectively and efficiently! I try to do most of my home projects myself, but for larger projects I only refer to Unique Home Solutions! I would recommend this company to anyone—even my own family!

We had our tub surround, tub, shower doors, and toilet redone. We were very pleased with the work and the workers. The two men that did the work, worked very hard and cleaned up after they were finished. I was very pleased with all of the work they did. They had everything done in a day and a half. It looks better than I thought it would and am very pleased with everything. I was a little disappointed that it took so long for the remodel to take place. That is why I gave them 4 stars rather than 5.

The salesman Paul was very informative. He answered all the questions we had and new the product very well. Anthony joined him on a second visit and was also very knowledgeable.

We had our bathroom remodeled. The installers, Chuck and Steve were outstanding. Chuck explained things as the installation progressed.

We are very satisfied to this point with the finished product. The bathroom looks great.

We needed windows and a very large patio door. We met with Don from Unique, and were very pleased with the "no pressure" sales presentation. We were also impressed by Unique's follow-ups and excellent communications. When it was time to install the windows and door, the crew was on time, very efficient, and professional. We couldn't be more pleased with the products and services.
