STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! Do your homework before using any contractor and get multiple quotes. My parents failed to do this. This company's prices are double what you would be paying for similar material and installation. Just found out they charged $8000 for a steel door and two screen doors for my parents. My wife priced out the same work and materials (she works for a home builder) and cost was a little less than half that. Rip off. Even worse: my parents are in their mid-eighties. Salesman totally took advantage of them.

Deceptive and snaky to say the least. BBB and AG are the next to be notified.

I was really impressed with Unique Home Solutions from beginning to end. The sales team was courteous and not in any way pushy. They were well educated on the product and were willing to help with any financial questions I might have had. The installation team was equally excellent. They made recommendations and explained all aspects of the job. The team was very professional, quiet, and extremely efficient. They worked non-stop until the job was complete. I was very impressed.

What a place! They are so helpful and informative. Megan was so sweet and had so much knowledge. Looking to remodel? This is the spot to be! Always have deals and there are so many options for what you are looking for. Definitely something for everyone. With top line products! What a great company!

Unique Home solutions was so easy to work with from start to finish. The gentleman who came to our home to show us their product and price out our new bathroom was so nice and we loved that he wasn't pushy and really listened to what we wanted. The guys who did the actual installation where nice and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They even swept and cleaned outside where they had worked. Great company and will definitely be working with them again!

Unique Home Solutions installed two windows for me a couple of months ago, when it was extremely cold outside. The triple pane windows insulated the room so well that I was able to turn the thermostat down! I was delighted with the service personnel. They were informative, personable and left the work area spotless. I have already told my friends about their wonderful products and service so I wanted to let other prospective customers know about my great experience. Give them a call, you will be glad that you did.

We had a new patio door installed this year by Unique Home Solutions. Their professional sales staff was willing to work within our budget, and their guarantee was the most comprehensive we've ever encountered in the home improvement industry. The gentlemen who installed our new door also had to deal with a lot of long-standing issues with rotted wood---they repaired, replaced, and installed everything VERY well, and cleaned up everything beautifully, right down to cleaning all the fingerprints off the glass. We would definitely recommend Unique Home Solutions, and would hire them again without hesitation. Just a really great company to deal with!

Unique Home Solutions have been to our house several times to fix what the Larmco Company did not do a good job of. UHS have done great work. They arrive on time as scheduled and their employees are very knowledgeable and courteous. We will have them back in the future

We just had Unique Home Solutions install two exterior doors, one storm door and a new pitched roof over our front door. They did a fantastic job. We are so pleased with the quality of the products and the workmanship. The 4 people working on our house were so polite and nice. They cleaned up when they were done. You wouldn't have even know they were here working. Would highly recommend them.

We had windows installed a few years ago and one has been a continuous problem. They have been out at least 3x and the last guy broke the window and said he was ordering a new one. That was months ago, now I have a broken window and absolutely no communication from them. I will call today but warning, there are better and more qualified window companies out there.

Leaving two stars because they MIGHT be legitimate and helpful in their services. The low review is for their calls. I left my number with them over 2 years ago for a sweepstakes and they've called more than once asking multiple questions about my home. I said I was happy and don't want any work done. They say "last question" followed by 3 more questions. I feel bad for the pressure they are under but just had to hang up.

I had a new back door installed. The outside frame was rotting and the original door itself pretty beat up. 2 technicians came out, and it took only a few short hours to install. They put up a barrier to keep dust and debris outside. When it was done, took extra care to reinstall alarm and remove all debris including the door, and moved back furniture. The door was expensive, but totally worth it! Both men friendly, professional and competent. Very happy with the results!

I made the mistake of signing up for a sweepstakes and free quote. Right off the rip they said someone had to come into my home to go over the quote, very pushy on coming into my house. After I told them my dog is not people friendly and refused. The salesman came to my house at 7pm and was very adamant on coming in, again I explained my dog WILL bite a stranger and its a No! My husband and son had long days at work/ school and practice and hadn't ate yet. We tried to explain we would like the quote so we could make dinner and feed our diabetic dog on time and give her insulin. The salesman still went on and on. We were getting hangry and multiple times tried to get this guy to leave. By 9pm he finally is leaving but is extremely pushy on getting a sale. When we told him again this was our first quote he came back with a rude snarky comment "Oh, so I came out here when you weren't even going to book anyway?!" From the start we told him we wanted a quote only. Now I'm dealing with them calling me constantly when I told them not to to begin with. Very pushy and very over priced! Rude salesmen who only want a sale!

We had our gutters and front screen door replaced by this company.
From the time we met the salesman Dave to the installation coordinator Paul we had nothing but great experience.
I must say Tony the door installer went over and beyond to make sure our door looked awesome!!!!
Also the guys that done the gutters done an amazing job.
While the crew was here working they were quiet, professional and very friendly. They did not leave a mess they cleaned up after themselves. I must say they all done an amazing job....
We will definitely hire this company again to do our next project.
If I could give more than five stars I would.

They came in for a quote. Was very very very over priced. Came in again after other companies came in for a quote. Ended up quoting us cheaper than the competition, almost half the price of the original quote. Came in did their work. Paid attention to the animals making sure they didn't get out. Were nice. I don't remember the name of the dude, but he's the sales manager or whatever and he was the best person to work with out of them all. They cleaned up really good too.
The work was 5 star. The only reason for the missing star was the initial run around I was given.

I’ve had Unique Home Solutions replace my double front door with a single door and sidelights, replace my gutters, and all of the windows in my house. I have been happy with all of the work. Quality products, installers were on time, were polite and answered any questions I had, and cleaned up after the work was done. I highly recommend this company.

After a not so good experience with another company, we went with Unique to convert the shower in our second bathroom. It was a night and day difference. The installers were on time, worked quickly and efficiently and all there is left is a little dust here and there. In basically a day and a half, they completed the conversion and it is gorgeous. I cannot recommend them enough and will be contacting them for any future home improvement needs.

Won't stop calling. Keep changing their number so I can't even block them. No reputable business changes their number that often. Some dude in a red Honda civic driving around knocking on doors ignoring no soliciting signs. He smelled like a booze bag at that. If I want a drunk guys to work on my house, I have buddies for that

Perfect. That is the word I'd use to describe the process from start to finish. I had a difficult project that I wanted done ( see photo: replacing small windows in the dining room with a sliding glass door leading to the backyard) Not only was the service spot on and the quote super, super reasonable for the project but the crew was in and out in 1 day! (I still can't believe it) They were super professional and cleaned up EVERYTHING! I seriously can't say enough good things about this company. I am beyond happy with the final product. The sliding glass door itself is perfect, superior quality, and the work they did to put it in is flawless. They make super difficult jobs seem incredibly easy and Unique also followed up with a call to see how we liked everything and info about tons of great ways to get deals with them in the future simply by being a customer. 10/10! Having a company cut a huge hole into your house can be nerve-racking but their quality assurance is a huge plus and the guys working there are very talented at what they do. We absolutely love the renovation and it went PERFECT!

I've got bigger gutters, paid a ton of money, asked them to cone many times to fix the issue we are having in front of back door(which is why I got new gutters in the first place) guy came, drilled holes in the gutter guards, left, still issue, ice build up by back door so bad I cant let my 74 yr old mom step outside! Called many times for them to figure out the issue....still no reply! So almost 9000 for absolutely nothing!!! Nope do not I t recommend at all!!!

I hired them to put new gutters on my home and garage. Their sales department is very aggressive and prices are high, but they have an excellent warranty. The work was done promptly and appears to be good. Installers were very nice.

My gripe is with the payment and financing. The salesman told me one story about billing. The accounting department told me another and the company handling the financing has given me a third story, costing me additional money! 🤬

I would NEVER hire this company again no matter how good the work because I cannot trust what they are telling me!

David and his crew at Luxury Tile did an amazing job on our bathroom addition. Very reasonably priced, excellent communications, and top shelf work quality. Highly recommend!
