I had them do a remodel on my bathroom sept 30, 2022. It all started because I was over promised & under delivered. I paid big bucks for my ideal bathroom. It looked good from afar, once I went in to clean & paint is when I realized what horrible job was done. Shower doors leaked, my vanity & sink top was damaged. The top was scratched & the vanity 3 of the 6 drawers were broken. The will not replace it They keep trying to fix it but just makes it worse. I didn't pay top dollar for scratch & dent products. The drywall work had to be redone. The worst part is, I have steam heat with radiators. While replacing the floor in my bathroom remodel. They somehow managed to bend the main pipe to the radiator causing it to leak. Now I have water leaking onto the new floor. I placed a call & left message about this I .received no phone call back regarding my issue for 2 weeks, i heard from the service dept , they were coming out to fix vanity drawers again, but no mention of radiator issye, so I adked the girl on the phone & she said the service guy will look at it. Lou came out again, this being his 3rd time out. He knows nothing about it & doesn't know how to solve problem. Mind you, this job was done sept 26th. It has been 4 days & I still have not heard back from anyone. I am very disappointed with this company and their service. Guess I now have to get BBB involved or something.
Please beware before using this company.

I am very happy with the windows and the professionalism this company has shown us. I was very skeptical about calling companies to come and give us quotes because in the past we have been high pressure to buy. This company came in very kind, not high pressure sales pitch. We chose this company and I don't regret my decision. They were efficient, professional, fast and they cleaned up after themselves. They have address our concerns very quickly. They were small concerns that most companies would not have wasted their time on but this company came out immediately. I am very pleased. Thank you Dianna Yaeger

This company is extremely sexist! Though I am the owner of my home and make all financial decisions I was told they would not come out to do an estimate without my husband home. I reiterated he might be working and I’m the owner. It would not have been so bad until they were a no show this morning and when I called it was based on if he was here. This is taking sales to a not ok level. I know they just wanted to close on an order same day and thought that would have made the difference, they are wrong. I’m glad they didn’t come since I wanted to cancel anyway. I would not do business with a company like this!

From start to finish we were very satisfied. The salesman, Paul, was not pushy at all. He was very professional and was concerned about what we needed and wanted along with what we could afford.

The person that came out and measured, another Paul, was also very professional. He not only measured but asked questions (our house was built in 1920). These were still the original windows.

The installers, Kendal and Tony were terrific also. They called to let us know when they were on the way and kept us up to date as to what was happening. Kendal and Tony were very good and respectful of our time and belongings. They were here when they said they would be, competed their work, showed us how the windows worked and cleaned up. Other than having these beautiful windows you would never know they were here.

I would definitely recommend these windows and Unique Solutions for anyone who is in need of windows or any of their other services.

Paul the salesman was very nice and informative. The installers Lou and Steve were very professional and extremely likable. Steve was actually quite humorous. Everything was done according to the time line given. I would have given it 5 stars but, first appointment was lost and installment day was rescheduled to the following day due to misunderstanding of scheduling. All in all would highly recommend due to superior product. And also reviews on line were the highest I have seen. Very personable and cleaned up as they went along. My bathroom is great and one coworker told me it looked like something off HGTV!

We had been dreaming of a new bathroom ever since we saw the Delta Faucet commercial with the man singing into the shower head. I saw an add on Face Book and decided to give them a call. The sales representative came to our home and talked about the company, the history, the ratings and then showed us the product. Our project included removal of the walk in shower and replacing it with cabinetry. Replacing the toilet as they were too low. We also needed to replace the cabinets at the sink area and remove the mirror on the wall and replace with mirrored storage cabinets. The garden tub we wanted to convert into a walk in shower.

We picked out which colors we wanted and the flooring we wanted as well.

The price came back at $26,000+ not including the cabinets or mirrored storage above the sink. We felt we could pay to have a great job done.

I would recommend the company check out the product they order for an installation to make sure what was ordered is what came out. It was not the case in our remodel. What we thought would take 5 days - turned out to be 30+ days.

When they installed the cabinets (after patching) us priming and painting - even with the 3/4 inch space the walls were gauged badly so much so that it had to be re-plastered, primed and painted again. We had to ask them to caulk around the top of the shower in case water leaked behind. The walls around the bathroom were also damaged.

We had to wait longer because the counter top was too narrow - which is a good thing because it wouldn't have fit if it were. Then when they told me the correct countertop came in - I asked them if the backsplash came in because we didn't have it at the house - they got in the wrong backsplash as well.

End result is - we had to do extra work to patch up, clean up - thought with the price we paid, it would have been a neater cleaner job.

A few days after the install, we got a call from the company to see what we thought. I explained the story to her, she apologized and said she would have the owner give us a call. He never did. Instead we had a gentleman know at the door, ask us 6 or so questions that were a yes or no response then he turned away and left.

If you use this company, they do have good product - but you need to stay on top of them.

Unique home solutions did a great job while working at our home. They came in, did the work, cleaned behind themselves and explained how to use and treat the windows. I started to write a great review but my wife said something about the visit that made me think about what I was writing. One of the workers told my wife that we wouldn't feel a difference. My concern with that statement is that now I'm not sure if I should trust the representative that sold the windows to me or if I should trust the worker that put the windows in. I'm one that believes that the people that touch the work, know the work. So when representatives come to your home they need to understand why some people aren't as trusting. However, I will wait and see if they are worth going to again for services. We currently have a bad window (very small issue) and they are were supposed to come back out to fix it. I hadn't heard from them until last week but that wasn't the reason for the call. I had to bring it up to them. I have an appointment scheduled for next week so it's a wait and see to see if they will come back. I will update this post if I can and if they return.

After repeated sales calls I agreed to have a quote done for our windows; they didn't show up. I called and rescheduled. A "90 minute" evaluation and quote turned into 2.5 hours and ended with the salesman shattering his sample window on my tile floor. The following morning I received a call stating, "We're not saying we made a mistake but we believe if we come back out we can get you a better price on your windows." I know how this game is played but come on, 12 hours later? I declined but advised them that they have all the information they need to re-quote the windows.

After receiving 3-4 calls a week I relented and said they could stop by with the new quote. They repeatedly asked me to set aside 90 minutes to go over the information and to quote new doors. I don't want new doors, I never mentioned new doors. I received the same call from different people asking me the same questions over and over; "How old is the home?" "Are the windows wood, vinyl or aluminum?" "Are they drafty? What rooms are you noticing drafts in?" I cancelled and told them I'm no longer interested in doing business with them. They are extremely high pressure and very unprofessional.

Unique Home Solutions has my undying support because they pull no punches, work harder than anyone I've ever seen, use materials of the utmost quality, and really care about the client. Workers like Eric and Curtis barely took breaks even though I encouraged them to do so. My entire neighborhood came round daily to "inspect" the work. All were so impressed as am I. Bob Dillon, the owner, came out to visit with us. He runs a company the way it should be with quality and concern for his workers. I welcome anyone to visit our home to check out how beautiful it is. You will never be pressured into doing any work by the company. It speaks for itself, and that's how I decided to go with this uniquely old-fashioned (in a good way) company. I do plan on having them back to do my roof in the future. You really won't be disappointed.

From the men who came to show us your product to the men who installed it we were impressed by their professionalism. My husband and I were very happy with the installation and when the men left except for the beautiful window everything was clean neat and tidy just as they found it! We are very happy with the job and would call again for our next project.

We had a replacement Patio door, a enlarged replacement window and a patio door removed and replaced with a new window. Unique did all the framing, construction, insulation, and siding for us. We are very happy with the install,the crew and the product. They are high quality, efficient and attractive windows. And the craftsmanship provided was excellent! We would highly recommend Unique Home Solutions to our family and friends.

Unique Home Solutions is a home improvement company that's seriously on a level of their own! We've been burned in the past by other contractors in the past & sat through a lot of presentations where everyone talked fast & pressured to "sign on the dotted line." And then Unique came along.

We found out about Unique Home Solutions through the Home Improvement Show at the Cleveland Convention Center. We scheduled an appointment and were thoroughly impressed! Neil C. (our initial salesman) took the time to "explain" (not sell) to us why his company's product is the best for our needs.

Ultimately, we had our windows, doors, siding, & gutters replaced. Worth every penny I swear!!! They say you can't put a price on comfort... Let me tell ya, our home has been so much more comfortable compared to last year (before Unique) it's unreal.

This company stands by their word and honors what they say!!!

My husband and I highly recommend Unique Home Solutions. We had our gutters replaced and they look, and most importanly FUNCTION wonderfully. The members of the Unique Home Solutions team that we had contact with were friendly, extremely professional and provided superior customer service. As a consumer making a large investment in my home, I wanted a company that could help me understand their brand. I wanted to be able to trust in the product I was purchasing and Dave provided information that did just that. He presented the information and was not at all overbearing or pushy. He actually brought a sample gutter system so we could see, in person, what it was we were planning on investing in.Dave walked us through financing options which was not at all a complicated process for us. They guarantee their products and because of everything I mentioned, for any future home projects we will be using Unique Home Solutions. Unique Home Solutions seems to really care about their employees, image, products, and most importantly their customers.

Buyer beware! This company is RIDICULOUSLY overpriced! They quoted me over $38,000 for a siding job on my bungalow. I had already received two prior estimates, the highest being $10,300, just to give some context.
The salesman started the visit by talking about my gutters (which were fine). I reminded him that I did not need gutters, I only wanted an estimate for siding. He then wanted to do a tour of my home, which I did not permit.
When he came inside my home, he started asking about my windows. I again told him I only wanted siding. He started "measuring the moisture" around my windows. Ultimately, he quoted a price that included a window.
The "quote" was this $38,000+ figure he scratched out on a torn piece of notebook paper with no details and after showing me samples of windows and siding and a presentations for an hour and a half. When I told him, I was not interested and basically he could leave, he kept telling me he wasn't finished. I got him out of the door by agreeing to another meeting with the scheduler he called on the phone.
The owner came out the following week with the same song and dance under the pretense of checking to make sure the estimate was accurate. When I cut to the chase with him, he finally said he could not do the job for close to $10K.
While the quality of their materials looked good; however, it was not any better than what I had seen from other companies. It was a waste of my time and I would avoid them at all costs.

We had a back sliding glass door installed. They did a great job with the install, clean-up, follow-up. I particularly like that this is an employee owned company. All the employees really care about the company and its reputation. There was a minor problem with the door (not the install) and the install team promptly came out to review and fix the issue. I would definitely recommend Unique for your home projects.

The quality, professionalism and work done with Unique Home Solutions was flawless! Absolutely EVERYONE I spoke with either by phone or in person was extremely friendly and sought to meet my needs in every manner. They went BEYOND their needed jobs to be certain that all was perfect and just as I imagined. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of the work that Home Solutions is able to do. From the first call by John Kruse, to the home visit with Tom and Shawn to the phone calls from Nicole and the floor manager to the workers who all surpassed my expectations, I thank them. The warranties are greater than I imagined and I feel secure with the work and care that each person associated with this company gave to me. I am so happy that they found me, or did I find them? - In any case, anyone can call me personally for a sensational recommendation. Heck, I'll even do a commercial for this company because I an so happy with the outcome.

My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with our Unique experience. From the no-pressure pitch from the knowledgeable and friendly sales guys, to the expert and courteous professionals who installed both of our new bathrooms, everyone we interacted with was a dedicated, caring part of the team. The work was top-notch, performed quickly, and our home was left spotless at the end of each day and upon job completion. Great work, guys! We'll recommend and use Unique for any future projects.

I'm very happy with the service that I had with this company. The best part about them is the genuine care that they give to the customers. They were prompt, precise, affordable, and did a quality job on my bathroom. Every employee that worked with me was very personable and professional. I was especially impressed with the person who did the work on my bathroom, as he was dedicated to making all of his work flawless before he considered his job complete, but I was also very relieved and thankful that this company was able to initiate and complete the job from start to finish without months of waiting (the only wait time was about 3 weeks for the ordered materials to come in). This is an employee-owned company, and you can tell by how dedicated they are to making you happy and guaranteeing quality work.

There was an eight-month delay in this project waiting for another construction company to install a new roof. When I finally let them know that the roof was finished, they came to the job site and installed the gutters in a day and a half. I really appreciate the accommodation to my needs and the timely response when notified. BYT - It has been raining for the past 12 hours and the new gutters are performing flawlessly. Superb job and service to client!

We had never heard of this company before, but they have a "store" in the Streetsboro Walmart and our son entered us into a drawing for $25000 in home renovation projects. They called to confirm all of our info and of course wanted to come out to pitch us their spiel. Paul came to our home and was very polite and informative, everything you expect these people to be when they come to sell you something. We've had several companies out for various reasons in the last few years, but what stuck with us overall about these guys was that they do all of their own work, always. They don't subcontract anything out, their people are crew specific to their specialty. So if they come out to do a window replacement one week and then a bathroom remodel the next, it won't be the same people doing both jobs. We hired them to replace our big picture window in our living room and they came out in January to do it! They set it up so we weren't losing heat from the house and also to make sure none of our kitties got out. They did a fantastic job installing the window AND cleaning up. You couldn't even tell we'd had workers there and they got it all done in one day! Now, since we had it done in January, obviously we weren't opening the windows for fresh air. The first day it was warm enough, we opened them up and discovered that the screens weren't held in place by anything! We called them back the next day to get it fixed and they ordered the part immediately and setup a time to come out as soon as it was in. A week after they repaired it, they called to make sure it was still good and that we were happy. They're coming out over the summer to replace our sliding glass door. Hire them, you'll be glad you did.

Unique Home Solutions came to our home and were very knowledgeable about our window that needed replacement. They took their time answering our questions & explaining whatever we needed to know.
The installation was very professional also. The installers came, kept everything very clean & neat and did such a great job I found (nothing, not 1 spec of dirt) after they left. They kept everything super clean and removed any debris and old window.
Before long they were done. They stopped by to check their work after and to see if I was happy.
They followed up about a few months later to again check to see if we were pleased.
We would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again.
