this service is not worth the price. Not fully dusting, sheets wrinkled and not put on correctly, the floors still dirty and objects cleaned around and not moved. The price is not worth it. I got a 100% better cleaning at more than 1/2 the price per week.

Amazing service with even more amazing people. They do an excellent job, and, by adding the sweetest added touches like a fancy fold here or a little extra there, turn an excellent service into the absolute gem that it is today!

These ladies take so much pressure off of me. I work 45 hours a week and am a mom and they are a life saver. I have been very happy with this service

The cleaning was good, but they took a half hour more than usual. The longer time was despite one room and a long hallway being sealed off by workmen, so inaccessible. It makes no sense that the smaller space to be cleaned took extra time!

The two Merry Maids who came : Maricella and Hilda did superb work. The manager, Claudia, was clear and kind and honest. I got exactly the work I wanted, expected, and more.

Staff is friendly and professional. They are always on time and do a really good job of cleaning. I am very satisfied with the service I have been getting.

The cleaning person is good Marila (sp). How ever there are a lot of issues over the last few
Months on getting service. I had a cleaning scheduled for 8/16 and no one showed up. This has happened 3 times over the last few months. Been with merry maids over 5 years and the last 6 month if I need yo reschedule the consistency has not been there.

They were somewhat easy to communicate with and punctual, however the cleanings were inconsistent. Some days the house looked amazing and others I’d notice unclean surfaces and dirty mirrors.

The team did an excellent job. I was very satisfied. Will most definitely be using Merry Maids again..in the very near future. I like having a clean house when i get home.😊

The cleaning done was good, however it was quite overpriced for what was done. Unlikely to use again. Also there was no notification of the final charge - I was given a possible range for one time cleaning but the cleaners did not speak English and didnt know the ultimate cost. I had to call to find out; the company had originally take my had take my credit card number to make the appointment.

Our cleaners, Myra and Isabel, were thorough and professional. They did a wonderful job cleaning our house. We also loved Cesy and Cesy. We would really like to have the same two cleaners each time if possible.

Oh my gosh! I really look forward to my cleaning day! The cleaners do a super job, My apartment smells fresh, surfaces glisten. The women who do my cleaning are friendly and professional. If I could suggest one improvement it would be to more accurately know when they are arriving. I know the day, of course, but it can be anywhere from 10:30 am to 4:30. 🤔

We had a deep clean of our accumulated Covid dirt and now are on an every other week schedule. Merry Maids sends a team, with the same lead person, of two for our house. They are thorough, on time and friendly. Merry Maids is not the cheapest, but they do provide some benefits to their employees, including health insurance, which we consider valuable.

Patricia and Maria are excellent. They go out of their way to get things cleaned up for me.and I appreciate it. I want them every time I use this service. I have health issues and I can't keep up with the house work. They go out of their way to get things back to a healthy normal.

Client with Merry Maids for 20 yrs; consistently great service and if I need anything special, I let them know and it’s done! They are efficient and thorough. I try to clean up clutter before they come so they don’t have to clean around stuff!

I am pleased with the service. The ladies have worked quickly and efficiently. I am especially pleased with Patricia who worked alone on October 9, 2024. I would like to have her again.

I’ve been with Merry Maids for a little over a year. The first 2 ladies that cleaned my home were excellent Maria she no longer works for the company and the other lady I haven’t seen her as well. Every 2 weeks there different people and their quality of work isn’t as thorough as the first 2 ladies. Since this post the quality of work has improved significantly.

I was around yesterday while they were cleaning my apartment. Despite my trying to stay out of their way the two ladies continued to work quite thoroughly. I was very pleased to invite them into my home and look forward to seeing them next month.

The price is a little high but I feel like it's a legit business- sick time, benefits hopefully go to the workers. All of it over the table which makes me feel comfortable. The ladies that come are friendly and hard working. We have a cat and dog and a busy life that produces a lot of dust and they can get the house cleaner in 2 hours than I could in 8. I'm always pleased with the service.

The two ladies did a great job on my one-time cleanup. They were punctual, careful about our belongings, and were polite and friendly. Bathrooms and kitchen looked especially good.

I hadn’t used the service in some time due to Covid. I contacted Merry Maids and spoke with Claudia to start my service again she’s very personable, remembered me and was excellent in assisting me with starting my contract again. On the day of my cleaning the two ladies were very personable, professional, listened to my directions and they performed an excellent job in my house upon my return my place seemed like a whole different place.
