We called the day after to follow up with the odor our rug still has. Their website says “top-notch customer service”, it’s been a week of playing phone tag…With no one able to provide assistance to a solution or any answers/information to our questions. They have told my partner and I three times each on separate phone calls that the management will call us to provide assistance. It’s been a week later and still no attempt. I’m not one to go the full 100 writing reviews but this one is needed after the push back and avoiding I have been receiving. I was super excited to finally find someone with good reviews and close to home after this move. This experience has been a nightmare, the tech took less than 20/30 minutes to clean my couch, stated that I was getting the full works with chemicals, scent etc. Never once did this tech go and get any chemicals nor scents, it’s like he assumed I was going to opt in for the full works option from the beginning when I had asked for the basic cleaning to see how clean it could get. si agreed to the full works, they were able to lower the total price which was appreciated overall. Now I am dealing with a couch that looks exactly or even worse than it did before the cleaning, I have been trying to get something situated with upper management and I never get any callbacks. I’ve gotten scheduled twice along with a bunch of miscommunication in regards to times that they promised they’d be there and they weren’t. I have been trying to get a hold of a manager to speak to, apparently I got rescheduled for another cleaning When I wasn’t even aware of this specific cleaning and the text showed up to the house when I was not even at home. This has been a terrible experience for me regardless of the good reviews that this place has overall I would recommend them because they are quick in responding and giving you a scheduled date and giving you information needed But my experience has just made this whole couch cleaning a nightmare.
