Carmen and Lucy did an excellent job at a deep cleaning after moving out of our house. They pay attention to every detail and treat me like family and y home like it was theirs. I appreciated Claudia imaking a personal visit to go over everything with me and Carmen and Lucy.

The Ladies were both good. I felt comfortable with them. A couple of things in the bathroom I mentioned that can be addressed if I choose to have this service monthly. But overall they did a great job!

They are a bunch of absolute ripoff artists. They quoted me a price over the phone (which was already quite high), then came to my apartment, did not do a deep cleaning, left me with dirty floors, and left stains on the wall that they did not even bother to try to clean. I had to spend an hour cleaning everything that they left dirty, and then on top of all of that they charged me $160 more than they said they would, an absolutely ridiculous total price of $440 for an apartment cleaning, and then told me they would not give me a refund. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

The two Roseanne’s did a great job. They worked hard for three hours each and did a professional job. My counters that are old and stain easily sparkles after they were done. Hope they get a big part of the fee. Also they were very sweet.

Floor still had debris on the the upstairs carpet didn’t appear to be vacuumed.

I got a combination of deep cleaning for the kitchen and baths and standard cleaning for the rest of the house. There was a bit of confusion regarding the crew's instructions, but we sorted that out.

I highly recommend Puicon Garden Landscape and Maintenance without reservation. The owner, Pedro Puicon, is not only a deeply knowledgeable, creative, highly skilled, reliable garden and lawn professional, he is also a thoughtful, intelligent, kind, and witty human. Pedro treats plants and people with the same patience, affection, care, and respect. It has been a joy to work with and learn from him. He has totally transformed my front and back organic landscape that includes native plant pollinator gardens, rose gardens, camellia and fuchsia areas, and herbs. He has helped me create a thriving butterfly sanctuary. He is also an expert pruner, beautifully shaping and maintaining the lemon, fig, plum, and apple trees. He maintains the front and back lawns, fixed an ailing irrigation system, repaired my raised wooden beds, and regularly weeds and cleans up debris.

I needed to update my outdated kitchen and bathrooms, Mr. Paik came several times to explain the project and my needs and all the work was done on timely matter I highly recommend his work ethics and professionalism.
