Did a good job and was very diligent while following up properly. I called a bunch of places but this was the best option. Highly recommend everyone clean their hvac every 5 years ish as you’ll see in the photos below of our hvac prior to cleaning.

My dryer had notified me that we had an 80% clogged duct and needed it serviced ASAP to avoid a potential fire. Premium Air Duct was very responsive, their price was competitive and fair, and they had availability to come out the next morning. Jerry texted me when he was on his way and arrived at the expected time. He completed the dryer vent cleaning quickly and efficiently and even gave me tips on how to avoid this issue in the future. I highly recommend!

They did a great job. Chris was their tech and he arrived quickly was able to get to work. Clear communication and super nice. I love the fixed cost without the extra charges; it took the guesswork out of the equation and gave me peace. My house most likely had 40ft in the walls and that would have been much more expensive with other services.

I found a gem. I'm a typical homeowner struggling to find a decent contractor to work on the house. Majority of the time I will be dealing with no show, over promise under deliver service or high pressure up sell. This family owned business is different. After making inquiries to several potential duct cleaning contractors, I settled with Premium Air Duct after speaking to the owner (Jerry) over the phone. I got a good vibe speaking to Jerry over the phone, answered my questions and quotation was reasonable. He texted me the day before the appointment which was a surprise, so I knew he will not be another no show. Forgot to mention he accommodated me by starting at 8am instead of usual 9am. Jerry showed up on time the following day. He was very professional and courteous throughout. He took pictures of each duct before and after cleaning them. He was very meticulous and was cleaning after himself after each vent. Overall, a job well done. The total cost came under the estimated cost I got from other contractors (this includes dryer duct cleaning that I added at the last minute and the add on cost for that service was very reasonable compared to others). Great service deserves great praise. Thanks again Jerry.

Jerry was absolutely the best. He gave us a package deal including dryer vent, air duct, furnace, ac unit cleaning, and he even sanitized all of our vents. very reasonably priced! he was also very knowledgeable and honest. He found some mold right away and gave us a step by step instruction in how to clean and maintain our ac ducts. so glad that we found him, will definitely request this service again from him in the future.

Amazing job! Jerry was very polite and enthusiastic. He first came in asking where the vents were and was vigilant to the process. We asked if he could replace the filters (which we had) and he was more than happy to oblige. He made sure to unscrew and carefully reassemble the covers for the vents once he was done. He cleaned up after himself nicely and left no mess. He was super nice and did an excellent job! 10/10 would recommend again.

Jerry was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and was able to identify the issue we were having with our dryer vent. He was very flexible with scheduling and very affordable. We are very happy our dryer is heating up and working as it should. We had this issue for months and Jerry was able to fix it efficiently.

I found Jerry’s company on google. I called a little after 6 PM to request a service to clean my dryer vent. I didn’t expect Jerry to send a technician tonight. He asked me if one of his technicians was available if it was ok for him to come by tonight. I said sure. After I hanged up with Jerry in less than 30 minutes Chris, the technician was at my door. I called that super service! Chris was very polite and professional. He explained step by step what he was doing and why he was doing it. Now my dryer is working properly.

I needed my bathroom exhausts and dryer vents cleaned out and found premium air duct cleaning after reading through reviews. Jerry provided an overview of services and a quote right away for what I needed done. He was very communicative and professional, confirming the date of service and quote when I scheduled and then again the day of. Gerardo came out the to clean our dryer vent and did a great job. I called them in the morning and they were full up for the week, but I needed to replace the dryer soon, so he came out this afternoon! He was quick, clean and very thorough. He even left me some better quality duct tape for the new vent pipe when he saw the low quality tape we were about to use. Highly recommend Gerardo and his company.

Our dryer stopped heating last week, and we had a tech come out to fix the issue. He let us know that our dryer duct looked clogged and needs to be cleaned. We live in a condo complex, so communicating with the management company is near impossible. We reached out to Premium Air Duct cleaning, and Jerry was amazing on the phone! Jerry cleaned our vents and AC coil to try to resolve respiratory issues that members of my household have been having since moving into our rental. He was very thorough and took our concerns seriously. He provided an accurate quote in advance, communicated well in setting the appointment time, arrived on time and gave us a detailed invoice. I called a few places to get my air ducts cleaned and Jerry was the friendliest and most responsive. Whether it was by text or phone call.

He's thorough and explains everything prior to arriving. Upon arrival, he suggested that we check the material between our vent and ceiling for asbestos as if any asbestos is present it can be harmful to your health especially with kids! Glad he pointed that out. We ordered testing kit via Amazon and it came back negative but I'm glad we now are at peace knowing there are no asbestos present.

Keep in mind there is a charge for Jerry just to come out due to taking up his time and expertise. If any questions about asbestos, be sure to ask or check with Jerry before his arrival. He also does mention this before your appointment to ensure all is in well. Thanks for all the help Jerry.

Nothing but props for this company. They were communicative and on time as scheduled. Amazing prices and really appreciate this since we rent the property and now we can have piece of mind that our heating system is clean, sanitized and ready to go on those cold days this year end. (in cali standards)

Chris and Jerry cleaned my whole 4,000 square feet home within a couple of hours and cleaned all the air ducts , dryer vent , ac units & furnaces.
Gave me a big package deal discount for doing everything and made sure everything was 100% clean and dust free . Would recommend to friends and family.

I requested quote on Friday night. Jerry responded in a timely manner. The next morning, Christian came to clean out my dryer vent exhaust. Christian was polite and had a good attitude. He explained to me what happened and did a good job cleaning. Job was done in 15 mins. My dryer error code went away after I tested it a few times!
