Highly recommend! Jerry, at Premium Air Duct Cleaning, was scheduled about a week in advance of a vent issue we were having. He reached out about a day ahead of time to remind me of the time. The morning of the cleaning when he was available sooner, he reached out to let me know he could come by earlier than anticipated. I accepted, and in about 15 minutes he diagnosed the issue, handled it, and checked to make sure everything was working right afterward. Friendly, chill, efficient.

Jerry went above and beyond to make sure our home was in pristine condition before we moved in. He was responsive and on time. His prices were the best I received quotes for and he sent me pictures of the progress while doing the service. I would absolutely recommend working with him

Jerry came out to my house to clean out our dryer vent line. We had been having some issues with error codes from our dryer so we figured that was the problem.

He showed up with the proper equipment and cleared out the vent pretty quickly. There was a ton of lint and debris and he cleaned it all up when we was finished. He even cleared out the excess lint inside our dryer that I was unable to reach myself.

Our ducts needed cleaning badly from all the lint built up from our dryer over the last 5 years. I called on Wednesday and got an appointment for the next day, which I was most appreciative. Lourdes, the woman I spoke to on the phone, was extremely helpful and courteous. Julio came out and did an assessment, took photos and showed me just how much lint buildup there was. Wow, I’m surprised we didn’t catch on fire. He has done an excellent job cleaning out the vents and is extremely professional. I’m so happy I found Premium Air Duct Cleaning and recommend them highly.

Jerry was awesome. Very punctual, clean, professional and did a great job. He cleaned our dryer vent and also did our heater/ac vents and intake and condenser. It was a 2 1/2 hour job and he was very mindful of being clean throughout our home. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to clean vents, improve air quality and most importantly protect our family from accidental fire hazard and poor air quality.
