But Advanced Construction & Restoration, led by the visionary Peter, transformed our outdated property into a stunning home. From rebuilding a leaky bathroom and a complete kitchen overhaul, to patching walls, repainting, and installing beautiful laminate flooring, Advanced Construction & Restoration tackled the entire project with precision and care.

Peter's design sense is impeccable, and his team's work ethic is second to none. We were initially concerned about balancing our budget with the scope of the work, but Peter provided thoughtful guidance and solutions, ensuring we used high-quality materials without breaking the bank. All materials came from reputable suppliers like Home Depot, so we never had to worry about shoddy workmanship or cheap, inferior materials.

For the flooring, We're so grateful for Peter's meticulous approach! He was the only ones who suggested removing all the floor tiles to ensure a perfect, flat surface for the laminate floor. Other companies told us the tiles would be fine, but Peter insisted it would result in a stunning floor, and they were absolutely right! The outcome is even better than we imagined. We wholeheartedly recommend their attention to detail and dedication to quality.

Crucially, we rebuilt the bathroom for accessibility for our aging parents. The result? An amazing, stunning curbless shower, thoughtfully designed with every detail considered. Peter and the team truly went above and beyond. Peter, Andrew, and the entire team were consistently professional, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. Punctual, efficient, and maintaining a spotless environment throughout the project, they were a pleasure to work with. There were no stupid questions, and they answered every inquiry thoughtfully and promptly. We had a water leak in our walls and had to deal with insurance. They repaired the walls and ceiling. Our whole upstairs had glued down flooring which they had to remove and replace. Everyone we worked with was great.
They were on time. They helped us understand the insurance and worked with us to make sure the flooring was what we wanted. They made sure to let us know if something wasn't safe and helped us to let insurance know so we could make sure our job was done correctly and safely. They provided us with guidance and our overall experience was excellent. The picture I included are just a few. Highly recommend for home improvements.

Peter, Andy and the whole crew over at Advanced Construction & Restoration came to my home and rebuilt it (water flood in kitchen, living room, bathroom) and it was like it never happened. Both Peter and Andy walked us through every step of the process with the insurance, design, and construction. They were patient, answered all our questions, and responsive at every turn. Not only did they replace everything damaged just like it was but they exceeded our expectations and made our house feel like a home again. Great company to work with. I had needed extensive work done to my house due to an insurance claim. My insurance recommended advanced construction. Against my initial instincts I spoke to Peter at my house and I'm glad I did. Peter, Andrew and their teams are the best at what they do. They went above and beyond to make sure the repairs to my house were handled properly. The project took quite some time but their attention to detail made it well worth the wait.

We had a leak in our shower & OC Side Construction had done wonderful work updating the whole bathroom.

Have used OC Side Construction on a few different things. Had to redo our shower and they did a really nice job on it. I also had them put in a custom Bourbon display and linen cabinet. All turned out really nice! Would highly recommend!

He was very flexible and accommodating to ensure the result was what we needed. He went above and beyond the shelving modifications we originally discussed, to include patching, texturing, and painting the wall that was impacted by the project.
