I'm not even sure where to start...I had a flood in my place on November 30th 2019 and CRDN came in the first week of December to remove and clean my clothing! it's now March 4th 2020 and I still DO NOT have all my clothes back not to mention other bedding and drapery items!!! I CANNOT get anyone to call me back with the status of my item...ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS & UNACCEPTABLE!!! Going through a flood is stressful enough without having to deal with this complete lack of service and disregard for my property!!!!

They were very efficient, kind and caring when it came to handling my belongings. The crew was also very communicative. I was there for a part of the time that they were packing and they put me at ease in knowing my belongings were going to be taken care of

Their customer service could be vastly improved.
They are very good at jumping all over you and pressuring you to get your business.
They took all my clothes to be cleaned and refused to return them all until they were paid in full.
After I followed up with my adjuster and them, I was able to get my clothes back finally.
My suggestion, shop around and do business with a company and representatives who are nice and appreciate your business throughout the entire claims process.

Worked with CRDN due to a fire in home garage. Although it was a very stressful experience CRDN staff was sensitive and accommodating to my needs and took control of what needed to be done and explained their process and answered questions and addressed my concerns.

My neighbor’s home caught fire and affected our home. After contacting insurance, CRDN was quick to respond with next steps regarding our clothing and belongings. CRDN soon followed up with a date to collect our items for cleaning and storage and has since been very helpful with our needs to pull certain clothing items. Overall, CRDN provides great service during the most trying times.

I recently used CRDN of OC i had smoke damage to my home they came and removed all my clothing, towels, rugs, drapes to be to cleaned and access if the drapes could be saved, unfortunately they were not due to the age of the drapes an the smoke damage. Rina and her team were very professiona they did a excellent job with all my soft material items. l would definitely recommend CRDN of OC for their services.

After a horrific experience with a fire in our home it was it was a pleasure to deal with their assistance. Every employee was courteous, kind and compassionate. Every phone call was answered quickly and efficiently.
All of our possessions were treated with respect and they packed up our entire home. So far, all most of our personal items have been returned smoke free and cleaned very well.
When you are stressed because of such an experience, trying to find a place to live etc. It was very beneficial to deal with such a good company.
