We have used Stone Shine for a few years now. They always leave our floors looking great. Prices have def gone up, so prepare for sticker shock, but they do very good work.

Stoneshine was incredibly professional. Sealing all areas off before starting on my countertops. The granite looks beautiful and they did a great job fixing the damage. I can’t even figure out where the pit was!

We had them come out to refinish and seal the marble throughout the entire bathroom. They did an excellent job repairing a large crack in our marble shower bench. However, they sanded down our bathroom sink countertop too hard, to the point where there are now little holes/scratches in the marble that weren't there before they came. They also told me they they could get everything done in one day, but it ended up taking them 2 full days to finish. The caulking work was sloppy/smeared in some places, but when I pointed that out to them they corrected it on the spot.

I felt like sharing my experience with stone shine.
They were right on time. A crew of six guys all on task Very professional. They did a great job cleaning and restoring the marble which was in pretty bad shape

The actual work was not bad. The sales person charged me almost double what another company quoted me with the promise that they would fix the water marks and etches caused by water on the marble. The workers later explained they don't do that and don't have the equipment to do that type of fix. They also left splash of chemicals on walls and windows that I am still cleaning up 2 weeks later.

Stoneshine did an amazing job on our marble kitchen countertop. They were on time and extremely professional. They really took their time attending to every detail. I highly recommend them and will definitely recommend them to everyone I know who needs this type of service !

A friend of mine called Stoneshine to his house to look at an issue with his dull damaged concrete countertops. The rep that came out from Stoneshine told him that they could take a shot at fixing the problem, but it wouldn't be as good of quality as an alternative process that he wasn't qualified perform. I respect a business that does work that way and kept them in mind for any work I had for them in the future.

A few months later I needed a new concrete seat wall polished and sealed I called Stoneshine out to check it out. Ramon walked me through the process and made sure that I understood that due to the properties of concrete the final product wouldn't be the perfectly even finish we were looking for but would be the closest treatment possible to achieve that look. I greatly appreciated the time he took to walk me through so I asked him to give me a quote.

Ramon gave me a competitive quote and scheduled me for a few weeks later. The job took 2 days as he quoted and the final product was exactly what we discussed. My wife and I were very pleased with the work.

stoneshine is AMAZING! we had a spill on a cast stone fireplace in the middle of selling my house, so it had to be fixed immediately. i called many places in a panic and got weird quotes, people saying they were going to sand down my fireplace. you cant do that with cast stone. i called stoneshine and i could tell they knew what they were talking about. they could sense my stress/urgency and sent someone out to give me a quote the same afternoon! the guy who came - i believe his name was ramone - was so helpful and nice. he scheduled his team to come two days later and they did an INCREDIBLE job, despite them saying they were unsure they could get out the stain originally. the turn around time start to finish was 3 days and my fireplace basically looks brand new. it was a little pricey compared to the other quotes, but as i said, they were the only people who seemed like they knew what they were doing and you get what you pay for. plus the turn around time is unheard of. i never thought it would be done so fast. their customer service and quality of work is incredible. i would hire them again if i ever need any stone or marble cleaning!

The team from Stoneshine did an excellent job of restoration of the marble in our home in Rancho Mirage in April of 2022. The marble floors needed some serious attention throughout the house. The workers protected all of the areas surrounding the marble and did an excellent job of restoring the marble. We could not be more pleased. They are highly recommended.
