No one ever wants to need these services, but so thankful for CRDN when I had smoke damage in my house. Everyone was so professional, understanding, and attentive to the details I was unable to focus on. Erin held my hand during the entire process so I knew what to expect and what was going to happen next. She even helped me understand how my insurance worked, and calmed me down when I was frustrated with my adjustor. The folks from CRDN helped me sort items, picked up, and returned my items so I barely lifted a finger. Everything they cleaned for me came back in excellent condition and expertly organized! I highly recommend CRDN; piece of mind after a loss is priceless, and they definitely delivered.

CRDN is amazing! Nathan came out right after our fire and walked us through the process and took a look at our clothing. We ended up using them for electronics, art, clothing and shoes. They have been so accommodating, so careful with our objects and so communicative. Nathan and Rudy accommodated a rush cleaning and brought and setup my computer to my temporary housing so that i can use it seamlessly. They are great 10/10!

Nathan Reinig and his team did an amazing five star job on my house. They had to remove all my window coverings, all my appliances, and all my televisions in preparation for a remodel. Some of my systems were complicated, but not for Nathan. They had to store everything securely, and months later, they had to reinstall everything again. They took particularly good care of my possessions. They also had to work around some of my other workers and had to be flexible when I had unexpected construction delays. Nathan was extremely accommodating. Some workers are hard to have around the house, but Nathan and his team worked efficiently, professionally, were tidy, and were a pleasure to have around. Nathan couldn’t have any more helpful or more pleasant. I highly recommend using CRDN!!!!

During this restoration, I found the communication with management about expected delivery and return dates for my contents to be slow and unresponsive. However, the people (Uli, Julio, David, and Clarissa) that delivered the contents provided excellent service, they cared for my contents, they showed patience when I was unsure about where things belonged, and assisted me to move furniture and equipment.

Considering the volume of work created by the Eaton fire aftermath, CRDN was great. quality of the cleaning was first rate. So was the delivery service: polite, on time and very helpful in getting our rugs and drapes reinstalled

Great, working with Them They were fast on time and reliable. Moved all my boxes/furniture into my storage unit. Did everything perfectly. I would definitely recommend them again.

Terrible communication with the special services desk. Misinformation during the ordering of a door. Door was labeled wrong so had to take the door back and waited 1 1/2hrs for the correct door size. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE IN THE DOOR DEPARTMENT TO GIVE CORRECT INFO ON ORDERS. Exchanged the door only to find it wrong again once we went to install it. HELP!! I also spent 1/2hour on the phone getting routed around and being left on hold forever. Very frustrating.

Don't use Home Depot for any big jobs like roofing, fencing, carpet, painting, etc. I had them out to my house in April to go over a roofing job, I was told by Carl that Jeff, their roofing supervisor, was ahead of schedule and that an 8 week window was possible. I asked him that many times, and each time, was told the same. "Jeff's ahead of schedule, it's possible." He was also clear that it would be between 8-12 weeks, but I felt it was at least doable to get late May or very early June, so I signed, and gave them $1000. (Big Mistake, I shouldn't have used Home Depot or believed what they said.) 5 weeks go by and it's now May 4th or so, I email them about wanting a start date, no one replies. I email them again, and no one replies. I text Jeff, he doesn't reply. I finally call Customer Service, and I get sent to a CS agent back east, not even in CA, to supposedly help me with my "install" issue. That person knew nothing, and could not help, but they said someone would call me. Jeff calls me on Friday May 5th and says someone will call me Monday or Tuesday to set an install date. I said "fine". Monday I get the call, person says my first install opening is JUNE 22nd! almost 3 months to the day I first got the quote... that's right, the very end of June. I'm was not happy about this at all, and state I want to stop this project, just refund me my $1000. Carl, the initial rep calls me, talks for 45 minutes, just trying to make sure he's not liable, wanted to CYA himself. I still want to cancel though. So Ron, from back east, calls me (Sales Manger) and basically states that I'll loose the $1000 if i cancel the project, and that they've done nothing wrong, so won't work with me. Well, in general they followed the rule of the contract sure, they also made darn sure to get the project going on the 11th week in order to lock me into the contract, or I'd lose my cash. Just note however -- due to the time each phase was done on their end, there was no way they could have ever hit that magic "8 week window", it was impossible. They probably never do get a roof done in 8 weeks. I've learned my lesson, don't trust Home Depot, and for sure don't use Home Depot... take my advice get your big projects done by a company you can trust, like Lowes, Ace or a local Contractor etc.
