Had a system put in years ago and it has operated perfectly for all those years. However, a few months ago one of the panels/micro-inverters stopped working. I called them, they checked it out and replaced the unit under warranty ! That’s the kind of company you want to do business with. They stand behind their product and do what they say they are going to do. Could not be happier.

Barnes solar is great the associates are very helpful right from the start. My only complaint is 2 things. The first being a an incident where one of my wood slats was now loose. I sent pictures and all the rep told me was that was not caused by us and I can send someone out but it will cost me $50 just for them to come and even look at the issue. The second is being better informed on how each utility company handles solar billing. I was initially told that I would not get a bill fir electricity from DWP but an invoice showing what was used from my panels vs dwp. And that at the end of the year it would all be tallied up. That is not the case for LA DWP you still get billed directly which means during the winter months and shorter days I am now having to still pay DWP as well as my solar panel loan. We will see how much this changes as the days get longer.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They use only employees not third-party contractors so there is tight quality control. We’re very satisfied with our system.
