We used this service to help with mult unit move in Cleans. Crew was in time, extrmely prepared and organized. Units were left spotless and smelling great. Ended up contracting with them for monthly services.

We have been using Julie and Maid in California for a few months. Always on time, she does great work for a reasonable price. Would recommend.

This place was a mess. I had two women working for 2.5 hours each, and I think they worked a miracle. Did they get EVERYTHING? No. But I didn’t expect that. I didn’t expect perfection. But I got pretty darn close to it. They hit all the big spots I asked for and they did it well. I will be retaining their services for a regular cleaning. I will also be recommending them to others.

Scheduled an appointment for a deep cleaning for 3 hours. First, they showed up 20 minutes late. After 3 hours they vacuumed and dusted one large bedroom and one small bedroom. When I questioned why so little was completed, the cleaners said they cleaned areas that were not cleaned. I spoke to the owner and he was more concerned about making up excuses for the employees. It was a male and female team. The male became very angry indicating to the female he wanted to leave. When we pointed out specific work they did not complete, they both began raising their voices. Very unprofessional. We needed to escort them out of the house. Would not recommend.

We hired these to clean all the carpets in our house in Anaheim last month.They did a shockingly good job for how little they adertise Definitely would recommend.

Horrible I would not recommend them. They gave me the 8am - 10am time slot and no one arrived until 10:45 and they didn't call before hand as they were suppose to. They didn't honor the "special" they had instead tried to sell a bigger package. To make materrs worse they didn't allow time for th carpets to dry, hours later I still have a wet carpet! Do not use them! They clearly outsource the business and don't care about quality!

Royal Carpet Cleaning just left after cleaning my living room rug, four dining room chairs and spot-cleaning various other chairs and a small rug. All in under 2 hours. Efficient service overall!!

Stay away. Scheduling was terrible. I told them at least three times that I wouldn't be onsite and that the hot water was off. Despite them assuring it was no problem, they cancelled on me because I wasn't there and they couldn't get a hold of me because they showed up at the wrong time. After rescheduling, the technician quoted me triple the original price. Then he was unsure he could do the job without hot water. I went through with it because we were moving in the next day and had no other option. Some of the stains came out but the high traffic areas were still stained.
Customer service was bad. Everytime they called it was a different number. The scheduler had a terrible echo on the phone. They never used the name of the business, which makes me think they operate under a few names.

I called to have my capers cleaned and they quoted me $70. They said the cleaner may suggest a different service and would tell me the price when they got there (I was expecting an up charge.) employee was nice but came in an unmarked van and no uniform or badge. He immediately said "we can't steam clean, HAS to be deep clean." Did some measurements and quoted me $175 for two rooms... Less than 400 sq feet of carpet. I said no and he said he would do it for $150. I asked him to just do a steam clean for $70 and he said no... And left. I wasted half my day, plus last night moving furniture for them to clean. That's what you get for trying to save a buck!

The cleaning was incomplete. Only the back and seat where you would sit were cleaned and not done very good. The whole chair should have been at least vacuumed! The machine that held the water left dirty water on our wood floor! I would not recommend this company to clean anything!!! The person came unprepared to clean & handle the leaking machine. His moving of the chair left mark's on our wood floor! Zero stars.

Under normal circumstances I would just go with a big name but we were on a tight budget this time and decided to try Royal Carpet Cleaning Anaheim because of their awesome price. Was pretty leery about service but they never gave us a reason gave us a reason to doubt them and did a very good job.
