The original salesperson that came out explained everything beforehand to the finest detail. The price quoted was the price I paid. No hidden fees. It was also over $1,000 less than another company wanted. The two young gentlemen that came for service were prompt, professional, polite, thorough, quick, and productive. They cleaned up after themselves and ensure the rooms were left as they found them. Highly satisfied.

Had Stanley Steamer come to clean my father-in-laws house, carpets and tile. Looks great, good job, thank you and highly recommended.

Only issue is that the price was probably twice as much as we normally pay in the great state of TEXAS!!! But that’s California for you… Who’s going to pay all the high prices here when all the wealthy move out?

I had tiles cleaning with clear seal with stainley. First visit technician really did a very bad job. But right away stanley sent the experienced crew and they did an amazing job. Jamie, Fernando and Felix did a very professional job and i saw a tremendous difference in my tiles. Thanks

BEWARE! Dishonest and terrible company. Sandy claims to be 300+ people. No way. It's a small little business that goes through cleaners every couple weeks. I've never had a worse cleaning job on a house. She refused to rectify. She changes her company address on Google regularly to try to hide from these reviews.

ZERO Customer Service. When they don't show up, it's on us. We have to contact them (and yes,, we had guests coming over that night). However, when we have to cancel in the middle of the night because my brother and large family couldn't find a safe place (other than our condo) to escape the raging fires in the Thousand Oaks, they didn't alert the cleaner, who woke up everybody upon entry. We paid her gas money (actually her tip) for the wasted trip. But the reason we are no longer with them is because (after a year of doing business and knowing about the fire crisis), they charged us anyway due to "same day" cancellation. 2 stars only because we loved our onsite cleaners - although they did change frequently.

Quest was referred by a friend who owns a hair salon. We have been with Quest now for a few months and we highly recommend them for residential cleaning services. My husband and I are clean freaks and we've always had a hard time finding good cleaning service. Our point of contact, Carol, is a total sweetheart. She handles all the booking or rescheduling of appointments. We have Aracely and Sylvia assigned to us bi-weekly. These two ladies are very friendly and easy to communicate with. Whenever we want something cleaned with extra attention they make sure it is done. They've only missed a thing or two since we've had them. But when I let them know, they didn't make any excuses for it and they have never missed it again going forward. They also are focused while working. I used to have a cleaning service and the lady (owner) talks on her cell phone the whole time sometimes and lets the other person do all the work. In my opinion Aracely and Sylvia are very professional. I have also used their service once to clean my MIL's house. She is usually not happy with any strangers in the house. But my MIL thought Aracely and Sylvia were "very nice ladies". If you've been let down by your cleaning service, do yourself a favor and try Quest.

Jeff and the folks at Prestige Property Services consistently deliver exceptional work with incredible professionalism. Since our office is a dog friendly environment, our areas get extra dirty. Which mean we need some extra work from our commercial cleaning services team. Prestige does great work, every single week. The place is always "like new" and smells refreshed and wonderful the next day. For office cleaning and commercial cleaning, I wouldn't trust anyone else. Give these guys a call pronto.
