Felix was fantastic! I’m a Realtor and had the carpeting cleaned in a condo that I am selling for my client, and it could not have been a better experience. He was on time, very professional, had some good tips for after care, and I will definitely call on him and Stanley Steemer again.

Kevin was nice and polite very professional. Carpets weren’t as clean as I thought they would be. I do them myself twice a year and thought it would be more like the commercials since it is heavy duty machines. The high traffic areas are still really visible. I am sure it’s cleaner than I get but still wish they were a bit cleaner. These are the before and afters just in the living room

Really great service! Attention to detail. Alex was upfront and very honest throughout the entire time about how some areas would respond to cleaning and solutions based on the staining and material surface involved. The house fells so much cleaner and refreshed. Strongly recommend. Will try to use them annually just to stay on top of things better! Also did their duct service last week and house feels and smells fantastic!

Fernando was very good at explaining what he does, what he can do and how the process will benefit our floor. And it definitely did!! My husband & I agree, we’ve never had such a great cleaning. The results are amazing!! Will absolutely call again and it’s Fernando we see next time. We had an area rug steam cleaned and our travertine steamed & sealed.

First and foremost, Alfredo was professional and Very Nice, so this review is not about him, but about the quality.

My dog was attacked by a coyote and had a fear of going outside afterwards. Which led to her urinating on the carpet late at night.

In the past I've used "Craigslist" guys to clean carpets for cheap, and was never that satisfied. So I thought way not use the guys who's jingle has been stuck in my head since the 80s.

I opted for the most expensive solution they offer, and it totalled just shy of $1000 to clean all rooms.

Here I am a week later and I'm disappointed, the urine smell is still around, ( it's not new ones as we caged the dog during the night), and a blacklight reveals the exact same stains. The deodorizer did very little. For $1000 I expected much better.

This carpet is less than 10 months old, and the padding underneath is the waterproof membrane type. It was very expensive. This is also the second time I've had it cleaned.

I'm very disappointed and just cannot recommend this service to anyone. Again, the service tech was very nice, friendly, and professional. He did the job, I just don't think it's up to the premium price tag.

Luis was awesome! He is professionally friendly and worked hard on our project! He even upsold us nicely, to clean the fabric on our bar stools that are fabric and added scotch guard to the carpet!
