Alfonso from Stanley Steemer was friendly, professional and efficient in completing our carpet cleaning. The communication of when he would arrive was great! And he was in and out of our house in an hour. The carpets look so much better! I would definitely recommend his services too anyone.

Stanley Steemer arrived on time to clean my living room couch. . I was worried that my stereo system might get wet, but he explained that the water was sprayed very close to the furniture being cleaned and would not spread out into the room. That was the case. He did a great job and the couch looks so much better.

Nicholas arrived on time and was very professional. He did a great job with some difficult stains in my carpets. He worked hard and was very pleasant and upfront about anything additional that I requested. I would definitely recommend Stanley Steemer and specifically Nicholas.

Luis and Aaron are very pleasant and understanding young men. Because our carpets are extremely old and we eventually plan to remove and use the original hardwood flooring if possible, we didn't want to have alot done.The carpets came out cleaner than expected and we are extremely satisfied. We have animals so that means lots of stains. Most of them are lifted. They worked quickly, explained what they were doing and the price was excellent. Luis and Aaron are keepers! We have used Stanley Steemers for years and have never been really disappointed. Thank you Stanley Steemers!
The green carpet is from 1963 after my parents built on the family room. The dining room is carpeted in the same. Beige was laid in 2006and is in the living room and hallway.

Great carpet cleaning, the best. Always great service from our technician, Nicolas. He does a great job and takes his time to make sure everything is clean not left too wet. We had the living room, dinning room, sofa, and two bedrooms cleaned, plus an area rug cleaned.

After a week of plumbing issues regarding my washing machine, I noticed that the dryer vent hose became disconnected from the house and that additionally there was a massive amount of lint accumulated at the connection.
Very few dryer vent cleaning services are available in my area (2). So I chose Stanley Steemer because it advertises nationwide.
What really surprised me was Johnathon. Johnathon was incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. We examined the whole site, inside and outside, for the best approach to clean out the entire vent. Every home is different, my vent 20 feet long. My neighbor’s is 2 feet. Johnathon fully assessed the logistics and came up with a solid solution. Cleaned it out in a couple hours. Also, reconnected the vent hose back to the house and put the dryer back in place.
A class guy who was, also, extremely diligent in cleaning up after himself.
I believe I received more than my money’s worth.

There was a three man crew. They went about their business very efficiently and made sure everything that needed to be covered was covered and knew exactly what they were doing and finished in a timely manner. Even put my new filter in the furnace for me. The team was very polite and friendly. Stanley is very good at what they do. They have cleaned my carpet, Lazy Biy chairs and my ducts.

Alfonso was fantastic and he did a great job. We plan on having our floors done twice a year and will be requesting Alfonso to do the work. He explained everything before he started, answered all my questions and was very efficient. He did our entire house which is mostly the LVF flooring that requires tender loving care when cleaning. His process was meticulous yet delicate. The final outcome was amazing as the floors look like new again. Thanks for everything.

While I was a bit disappointed when I was notified that the service team was running late, the company redeemed itself by sending a very professional, knowledgeable and conscientious technician. Luis did an incredible job and went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with the outcome. I’ll make sure to request him next time!

The transformation was incredible, from stained grout to varying degrees, clean uniform color. The service was excellent, Alex was accommodating, professional, polite and efficient.
