I wish Yelp would allow us to give zero stars to a company such as this one (@THIEVES, @INCOMPETENT, @STOLE, @VIOLATED) I want to make it clear that this is my personal opinion and I am in no way associated with the board or the community property where this happened I was just an invited guest who gave a gift just to be told the following day that my sentimental gift to these poor girls was STOLEN. They are an HOA Club-house cleaning service. I don't believe upper management cares about anything other than making money from the people that employ them. Not sure what type of background check they do on their employees if any at all. We had a pair of young teenage girls who were having a going away party and both girls (18yr of age) received house-warming gifts that were necessities for starting off in a new state and heading off to college. The party ran late so they were asked to come back the following day to do the cleaning which is part of our agreement with the club-house rules. Well upon returning the next day the cleaning crew from Personal Touch Cleaning had allegedly already SCAVENGED through the personal belongings left over night. They allegedly STOLE personal belongings like clothing, they also allegedly STOLE these starving students new house-warming gifts and one of the girl's mother drove all the way to Brea from San Diego to personally cater the event and all the food was also MISSING! Her mother had made and packed them special baked goods for the trip and the alleged THIEVES took them as well. Dealing with R. Medina is nothing but a joke; he covered for the alleged THIEVES and then made up stories about a side door being left unlocked. This was a total lie! It was verified by the eldest member of the family that hosted the party and all doors were locked. Not only were the doors locked they went through and only took what they wanted and left other items of value as to not draw too much attention to themselves. Please do yourself a favor and skip this company over DO NOT HIRE unless you're ready to be VIOLATED. I did not witness this with my own eyes but I was there when the girls were sobbing in tears from being violated in such a horrible manner and according to everyone the only people to allegedly access the club-house just 30min prior to the girls arrival was this cleaning companies employees.

I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding janitorial staff at Four Seasons in Hemet, Luis and Asuncion. Their dedication and hard work truly make a difference in maintaining the cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the community.

We constantly get compliments from residents and vendors about how clean our lodge is, their efforts create a welcoming environment for all residents and visitors.

Both are friendly and approachable, always greeting residents with a smile and taking the time to chat. It’s evident they genuinely care about our community and its residents. They are quick to respond to any requests and consistently go above and beyond to ensure we feel comfortable and at home.
