Ivan at Mr. Limpia Solutions and his team at QPC(Quality Post Construction Cleaning) did a great job with deep cleaning my home after a major renovation.
They provided great service by cleaning the windows, the window sills, window tracks, the inside and outside of every cabinet, baseboards and more. Their attention to detail is what impressed me most. They are profesional, efficient and effective communication.

Was referred to Ivan by a friend who is in the real estate business. My husband and I were prepping my Mother-in-Law’s house for sale and it needed a deep move out clean!

I texted Ivan and he was able to schedule a walk through a few days later and explained what he thought needed to be cleaned and we were able to come to a decision based off of that and what our priorities were for clean up

Ivan and his team did a great job of cleaning up the place. It has been a long time since the house had a really deep deep clean so I knew it wasn’t going to be an easy task, but they were quick and professional. Halfway through the clean, Ivan called to tell us about our windows, and that they were a little more labor intensive than he anticipated (house is near LAX and we have more than just the standard double pane windows) and that he would need to charge more and come back another day. I appreciated the transparency, but declined doing the windows since we needed to prep for our Open House.

BUT THEN, we got some unexpected floor work done, and realized we should just get the windows and floors done again to prep for our Open House. I texted Ivan and he mentioned there might be a scheduling conflict but his schedule freed up and he was able to squeeze us in for Friday and Saturday Morning to get our house ready for our Open House! Pricing for the additional work would have been close to what we would have paid if we got all the services together on the first go!

Ivan and his team were professional, courteous and transparent about pricing! I’m so glad we were referred to Mr. Limpia! You just never know with house referrals, but this was a good one! We’ll definitely be using them in the future.
