I hired Ivan and his team to do a deep cleaning for one of my vacant properties as well to pressure wash the exterior of all my rental units and it felt like I had a brand new property. He is professional, on time, communicates well and delivers his service with excellence. My tenants were so happy and even thanked me for keeping their homes super clean. Definitely hiring him again every quarter to keep my rentals fresh and clean!

Juan did such a great job with our rugs! The deep clean that he did not only restored the colors but also left our house smelling really good! He was able to take out all the smell of a "lived in" rug. He was friendly, professional, and his pricing was more than fair! Will be using him again for future cleanings!
