I have used BTE Cleaning Services many times over the years to clean my vents and ducts. Alex is very responsive, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend this company! Their customer service was excellent from start to finish very professional, responsive, and friendly. They did an amazing job with my dryer vent cleaning and air duct cleaning, and the disinfection service gave me real peace of mind. You can tell they care about quality and doing the job right. Everything feels cleaner and runs more efficiently now. Definitely a 10/10 experience

Alex always does a great job cleaning everything! Gutters, windows, fireplaces and chimneys, dry ducts. He also power washes our patio and balustrades. We highly recommend him!

I had Merry Maids of Anaheim come to clean my house for a few times now and I couldn't be any happier! The team have done an amazing job of cleaning the bathrooms, bedrooms, and the main area of the house. Basically everywhere, hehe. I work a lot and don't have time to clean my house as much as I want to. Jordan is an amazing cleaner. Can't wait to have her and the rest of the team to come clean my house. Highly recommend it!

Merry Maids is top tier in every way! They are consistent in their excellence in cleaning and communication. They put their clients first and are always reliable so you know you’re coming home to a clean house. I would give 10 stars if I could!

I have used Merrymaids for over 7 years. Quality was great when I had my regular cleaners, Ana and Silvia, otherwise sometimes good, sometimes not. Three weeks ago, they cancelled my appointment, with no ability to reschedule. The same thing happened last week and again this week. I called and they told me they have no cleaners and that they probably would not be able to clean my house for another several weeks. I have no idea why they have n cleaners, but obviously not a good sign. I have hired another service.

Post note: it appears that I posted this relative to Merrymaids in Anaheim rather than Orange County/Tustin? I now understand that there are about a dozen Merrymaids in CA (and they are actually a national organization) - but they obviously operate totally independently of one another. Good luck with another location should you decide to use them. I would never use Merrymaids again regardless of the office. What cleaning service would expect a 7 year client to “be patient” while they sort out their obviously significant issues and wait for 6-8 weeks for them to provide cleaners? Anaheim is next door to Tustin and if they have cleaners, are they so unrelated they couldn’t help out clients while they sort things through? Clearly the whole organization has issues.

Professional European Cleaning has been helping me for several years now. They are wonderful! Professional, nice people, use their own products (your house smells clean, not like bleach!), bring their own equipment, and communication is easy. They do a regular cleaning plus a small special project (at a reasonablle additional cost) every two weeks. Great!

Stay away from them! The worse servise. Very unprofessional and arogant owner! Prices are too high and my stove was not clean.
