This is an absolute honest review for an amazing company! They are always accommodating, trustworthy and responsive! They have accommodated so many of my last minute requests that I am in awe. If I ever have an issue they return my requests within minutes! The staff is amazing and great to work with and have great customer service! Please consider this company and hold true to their value, they have always pulled through for us anytime we are in need.

We had a fantastic experience with our new housekeepers this week. Our home was really pretty bad -- hadn't been cleaned for a while. They left our home remarkably clean and shiny. We have signed up for recurring visits, loving how clean our home is!

Highly recommend this service! The ladies were so sweet and did an incredible job— they have no idea how much of a difference they made to me. Thanks for doing such a great job. Selena and Bree were lovely!

Absolutley the best maid service I have had for my office. They are always prompt and do a through job. Vanessa always reaches out to me to see if there is anything else they can do for the office. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone looks for a cleaning service!!

I paid for the move-out/in cleaning service. I just bought a condo, and needed the place deeply cleaned before I moved in.
My floors were not clean, my feet were disgusting from walking around when I checked my place out. My cupboards we're not cleaned, and I had to clean them myself. My stove drawer was not touched at all, as it was so dusty I could write, "clean?" and send to the company.

I reached out to the company, but I have not received a response yet.

Absolutely worst ever. Paid for the two hour cleaning after they came to my house looked it over asked what I wanted done and said it would only be two hours for surface dusting vacuuming kitchen and two bathrooms. In the two hours the two maids were there they cleaned half of my small kitchen which was already cleaned no dishes nothing on counters but appliances and a half bathroom. Then said they needed more time to clean. The half bathroom they cleaned had streaks on mirror and dust still in crevices on counter in grout. The kitchen was swept but not picked up not mopped counters not wiped. Called company and manager of operations told me his workers worked diligently and I could add more time to complete job and my cost would be adjusted to cover it. I paid 167 to have them clean two hours half my kitchen which is small about the size of an apartment kitchen and a half bathroom. Do not do not do not use this company.

Really bad experience. Very nice girls came to "deep clean" but the sliding glass door/windows were streakier when they left and there was nothing "deep" about the shelves they declined to dust because the "didn't want to break anything." (perfume bottles?) Floors - mediocre. Corners - left dusty and dirty. They chatted a lot for which I paid close to $250. With this company's pay by performance model, the company took my money even though the job was done poorly and perhaps the girls were paid less. Not cool. Very disappointed.

The ladies that came to clean were very nice & professional. A few things were missed but when I emailed Brennan to let him know, he immediately offered to have them come back and correct the issues so that my experience was satisfying. I am looking forward to my next cleaning that is scheduled for 2 weeks from now.

Alissa and Kiani came early and began working directly after hearing my complete instructions. Worked straight through 4 hours and did extra little touches without being asked. Excellent service received sameday cleaning ( no one else would do) as another company canceled 30 minutes prior to arrival time and this service was scheduled 1 and 1/2 weeks prior. Needed sanitization and heavy cleaning as my husband was coming home after having a Liver transplant and long hospital stay. I was elated , they saved the day!!! Will be hiring them on a regular basis. Thank you again Two Maids$ A Mop!

We had the best experience with Bree and Linda. We needed to leave our house clean and sanitized for the new buyers. All the cupboards and drawers were wiped down and made my job of moving so much easier. Thank you so much in helping making our move to Arizona less stressful.

Highly recommend Two Maids & A Mop! They showed up on time with all of the cleaning supplies. Super friendly and polite. I'm working from home so they were sure to check with me prior to running the vacuum as to not disturb my calls. They were in and out in just a few hours and the house looks great!

I’m extremely satisfied with the service & communication between the employer & myself. Every single employee has great customer service, & my home is always looking RIGHT for any unexpected guests & especially for my family. I get my house serviced every other week routinely. Being a working mom, I appreciate the extra help from TwoMaids. Having a clean home helps me have a clear mind. Because of that, I’m able to have more time for myself, my kids, & work. Two Maids did an amazing job cleaning my home. I was a little skeptical to go in the direction of using them at first. But... wow, I am impressed with their attention to detail and care of my home. I was only planning to use them once but after the fantastic job they did I will be hiring them once a month to clean my home. It’s a shame I can only give 5 stars because they honestly deserved 10. Two Maids and A Mop provided excellent service with a deep clean on two bathrooms. Bree and Dalia were efficient and focused on the task. They were also friendly and very eager to help. I would highly recommend the company, but especially the two professionals who exceeded my expectations with a job well done!

Great experience! We are so happy with our clean home. The team was kind and professional. It was very easy to communicate with staff and they listened to all our needs. Also, they left us a sweet note for our new home which made us feel so welcomed.

Every little nook and cranny in my home was cleaned to perfection. I'd recommend them to everyone looking to have their house look better than it ever has. Both Bree & Val were amazing. On time (early actually) and took time to ensure they knew what i needed done. Then they went to work. I could not believe how amazing everything looked when they were done. My house hasn’t been this clean since the day I moved in. I will definitely be using Two Maids again!

This was my first time using this service after it was recommended to me. When I got home from work and saw the incredible job these two ladies did on my home - I could cry with happiness! Shout out to Bree and Linda! I think I actually ran around the house for like a half hour just gasping at the amazing job and attention to detail! these ladies were also so incredibly kind and patient with my two dogs. I can’t thank them enough. I can never go back to just cleaning on my own, these ladies are miracle workers 😄

We have been using Two Maids for several years now.

Over that time we have had a few workers pass through our business enriching us with their abilities and professionalism. Though they may have moved on; they have left an everlasting impression on us all. That has to reflect on the company (Two Maids) as a whole.

For us here at San Marino Roof we have been fortunate have Adriana & Brianna (Adriana for nearly a year now). Both have been kind, considerate, professional and attentive in every way . . . yet unintrusive to our daily operations.

Personally, Adriana has been my favorite of all. I'm sure she goes way above and beyond what she's contracted to do (or at the very least, very thorough) . . . and I greatly appreciate her for it.

I can see Adrianna moving into a managing or training position real soon and it would be much deserved. This only means more stability in leadership positions and we will all benefit from that.

I paid $450 for a deep clean. I did a swifter on the kitchen floor after they left and look like it wasn’t cleaned at all. I would not call it a clean deep at all but maybe for the price I should have put that together. Also they called me the day before to reschedule as some maids called in sick, and during the clean their vacuum died and they had to use mine. Being that this is my first time using two maids, it just came across as a little unorganized but I would have been fine with it if the work spoke for itself. I’ll also admit that the maids arrived early and I didn’t have time to turn on the AC to cool down the house so it was definitely quite warm in the house even after turning on the AC,
which is probably why they left after 2 hours. So I’m giving 3 stars because I think if your house is relatively clean already then they do a decent job of light cleaning but I DO NOT recommend paying for the deep clean.

Loved the experience! Alissa and Adriana were wonderful and got every nook and cranny. My apartment looks as clean as I first started out with it. I definitely think I'll be making this a seasonal thing.
