Reyna was phenomenal, she did such a great job getting areas I didn’t even know I needed and cleaning very thoroughly. She made my small home feel like a complete reset and even had time for the extra patio I wanted done! Will definitely be hiring again.

My deep cleaning service was great! My cleaner came on time and cleaned in a timely manner. She was also very polite, asked if there were any important areas for cleaning and did a walk through at the end. By the end the house felt so much cleaner and smelled great. I plan to book here again.

This was my first experience with LA Maid service and I found it to be great. The lady came out and was on time and also had a great attitude while cleaning. She also did well cleaning the place but there were some small areas I had to wipe down after she left as I didnt notice right away. But she was able to get some stains out of areas I couldn't so it was fine. Great job overall..

Excellent service! Bathroom and showers were literally shining after the cleaning. Cleaner was very sweet, professional, and arrived right on time for the appointment. Would certainly recommend and use LA Maid Service & House Cleaning again in the future!

Scheduled a move out cleaning and it was incredibly easy. The cleaners showed up on time and were so friendly! They were also incredibly fast, finishing a studio apartment in less than an hour.

Unfortunately it wasn't clear that they don't clean inside cabinets or in the fridge, so I ended up having to supplement the clean myself. Otherwise they cleaned all the nooks that are tough to reach and the rest of the apartment was very clean!

Would recommend them, while also being mindful of limitations in the service depending on your needs.

We booked Rebecca to do a deep clean on our apartment, and she did a FANTASTIC job. We are neat freaks, so we maintain a clean place; this was our first time using a cleaning service, and I was a little hesitant they would clean similarly to how I do. But no, Rebecca really went to work and did a great job. She cleaned literally everywhere, and got places we hadn’t touched since moving in. We booked another cleaning that afternoon for later next month and requested Rebecca. Would highly recommend!

LA Maid provided excellent service. They were easy to recap and book my appointment. They asked very detailed questions which made the goals and objectives of their service very clear. The two employees who came to clean were very diligent and thorough, also they made sure to ask me if they were cleaning well. Also, the company followed up with me to make sure I experienced great customer service. Also they performed a very pal thru before they finished to make sure the service and cleaning was done to my satisfactions I would definitely use their services in the future.

Had a great experience with them. Prompt efficient service with an easy to use interface. Cleaners came right on time and were done quickly. Left the apartment in a spotless condition and cleaned things such as the coffee tray which I didn’t expect then too.

Wow! Needed a super last minute clean for my rental and LA Maid Service swooped in and did an amazing job! thorough cleaning, great communication and follow up. Will use them again for sure.

Our household had such an amazing experience with Capable Clean, I don't think there's any other cleaner company we will work with unless it's them.

Originally our household had scheduled for another cleaner to visit us on Sunday (3/2). Unfortunately, it seemed that our original plans fell through as they unexpectedly did not show up or have any communication with us whatsoever. It was a very stressful situation as this was the only day that my roommates and I had available due to our crazy work schedules, so we were scrambling to find someone who would not only clean our house on such a short notice, but for a reasonable price AND on a Sunday! I stumbled across Capable Clean on Google and decided to give them a try.

I was immediately connected with Ms. Raya who was absolutely stellar. She was so understanding and empathetic to our situation and immediately went to work on trying to find a cleaner to best assist us. Within 20 minutes, Ms. Raya had Ms. Derly booked for us and to arrive within the hour. What a godsend these two ladies were!

Ms. Derly arrived and got straight to work in cleaning our 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything was done within about 4 hours and the space was spotless. It made everything so much easier between my roommates and I switching rooms.

I'm not really one to leave reviews but WOW! 10/10 for me! Not only was the booking simple and easy, but they answered any questions that I had. On cleaning day the cleaner did a walk through with me before AND after to ensure that I was satisfied with her work and I sure was! I had some hard water spots in my sink that I thought were hopeless to get off but Capable Clean made it look brand new again! The customer service and attention to detail was amazing! I chose Capable Clean for a move-out cleaning for a house in Anaheim, CA, because they were available on the weekend to discuss my request and to find an appointment for me ASAP. We were in a hurry to put the house on the market, and the estate sale and clear out process for the house was completed a week early. Rea answered my call and I was amazed she could book me for Monday. She is an excellent communicator and coordinator, and she was my contact throughout the process. She described their process in detail and paid attention to the areas on which I wanted to focus. Being remote meant I had to arrange to have the neighbor let the cleaning crew into the house. Rea let me know when the crew was arriving and when they were finishing. Whenever I had a question, Rea was prompt in answering my texts and was always friendly and efficient. The crew took annotated videos which Rea sent me so that I could see the results. I was very happy with my experience with Capable Clean and would highly recommend them!
