After 3+ months being in the hospital and post-op care center, I heard that the house keeping by my roommates needed help. I requested a deep clean of my house so it would be ready for my return. Capable Clean literally cleaned from floor to ceiling, including baseboards, crown molding, and windows. Even my roommates were impressed. Then we happened to find a tablecloth thrown out in the trash, apparently because it was soiled and needed washing. We can only hope something else important didn't find its way into one of the many bags.

This company was incredible! They came in and did a deep clean on my two bedroom one bathroom apartment and when I got back from work, the place smelled amazing and everything looked literally immaculate! All my baseboards were taken care of all my walls were clean everything was wiped down and dusted My dishes were put away, and my dishes were washed! It was seriously the best experience that I’ve ever had with the cleaning company! I will absolutely be utilizing them again, and if you’re reading this and you’re on the fence about hiring people to help you through the holidays, don’t hesitate and do yourself a favor. This Company is an end all to cleaning situations for you!

We had an amazing experience with Capable Clean. We moved in to our new place recently and it was our first time getting our place professionally cleaned. We had family coming to visit and we wanted a nice refresh. We wanted to find someone we could trust in our home and also get in the little spaces we would often miss cleaning on our own. We were referred by a friend and they are the absolute best! They quick to respond and made availability work with our schedule. The finish was a spotless interior like brand new and I will definitely book again.

We hired capable clean to do our move-in cleaning which also included construction dust. Martha went above and beyond to make sure my hardwood floors were cleaned correctly! She’s so friendly and pro! Ray (I may be misspelling her name), who coordinated the cleaning was so communicative and I truly feel like they valued my business and actually cared for service rather than just “get the job done and leave.” I’ve hired other cleaners before but the aftercare here at Capable Clean is top notch. Amazing job with our move in clean. Capable clean worked with us on scheduling around painting and ensuring a full clean was completed the same day as move in. When we got to the house we felt it looked even newer than before due to how clean it was. Looking forward to using this cleaning service again.

As a new dog owner, I did not take into consideration the level of destruction they would cause and the mess I would find left behind when deciding to become a dog dad.

I reached out to the team at Capable Clean to help me get house back in order on a regular basis, and to say they were heaven sent would be a total understatement.

Between the quality of cleaning they provide and the price point, I have been nothing but elated with their services. I used to think the 1st and the 15th were the best days of the month, however, since using them to help me keep my house in order, the best days of the month are the days they pay my home a visit.

I’m writing this review with mixed feelings. I had high hopes for a professional deep clean before moving into my first home. After extensive research and reading countless reviews, I chose Capable Clean for their advertised expertise in move-in/deep cleaning services.

Scheduling was smooth, and I appreciated how quickly the office manager accommodated my request on short notice. As someone who cleans daily, I was hoping to hand off this one big task and not have to micromanage. My husband preferred sticking with our regular cleaners, but I felt that hiring professionals who specialize in deep cleaning would save us time and provide a more thorough job—especially for tasks like cleaning inside appliances, cabinets, and windows. I convinced him that the $700+ would be worth the peace of mind.

Unfortunately, I was proven wrong. After the initial cleaning, I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail. The trash drawer hadn’t been touched—when I removed the cans, there was visible gunk underneath. Dust remained in several areas, the tub grout wasn’t scrubbed, and no steam cleaning was done, which I expected for a deep clean. Overall, it felt like a standard cleaning, not one tailored for a move-in. We had to keep pointing out missed areas, like cobwebs on the ceiling, but communication was difficult as neither cleaner spoke English.

I contacted the company during the cleaning to share my concerns. To their credit, they offered a complimentary re-clean with a different crew and better supplies. The second team did a better job, but once again, the attention to detail was lacking. During the final walk-through, I had to point out visible dust on the window sills and other missed spots. After they left, I discovered they hadn’t removed the fridge drawers to clean underneath—something I thought was standard for this level of service. Many areas had grime that could’ve been easily removed with a bit more effort. I also expected a team lead to conduct a final quality check based on what the company advertises, rather than relying on us to catch what was missed.

At the end of the day, I’m glad my home is cleaner and that they tried to make it right with a second visit, but for $720, I expected much more. If you're looking for a move-in cleaning, I wouldn't recommend paying this premium price. You're better off going with general cleaners and asking them to do a bit extra.

I meant to post this back on January 27th — and even though I didn’t get a cleaning done, I still feel compelled to share what a genuinely great experience I had. From the moment we connected, I felt cared for. Their attention to detail, transparency, and the time they took to walk me through pricing and options was above and beyond.

You can tell when people take pride in their work — even in a consultation, that level of care shows. If the actual cleaning is anything like the way they run their business, I already know it’s going to be excellent.

Highly recommend just based on the experience alone. I’ll definitely be using them in the future.
