The staff here are highly knowledgeable with the equipment they handle/sell.
When you see the independent gardeners, various city landscape crews, tree maintenance companies at B&M, you know you are at the right place.
Place is always clean, well stocked and staff smiling and willing to help.
This company has a great corner on the market.
I have been going here for years, even when they were in Yorba Linda.

It is a good place, but unfortunately even with the large size, they do not stock many parts.

to expand my business.
I believe, quality is better than low cost tools,
and they carry these items.
This is my favorite, garden supply store.

This place is great! Sandra answered my phone call this morning, she was sweet and was able to take my order. Upon arrival the store was neat and organized, the staff were great and attentive, prices were fair. Thanks B&M team!

Don’t come here for repairs. It will take a month just to get diagnosed and that’s being generous with the time. They are very expensive $$$ also

I have bought a few pieces of equipment from B&M over the years. I recently picked up a chipper shredder and am pleased with it. It came oiled and fueled, ready to work. I am a homeowner and not a professional but they treated me well and were patient with all my questions. I love all the different machines they have on display and for sale. Really quality stuff and they know what they're talking about. Thanks B&M.

If I could give B & M Lawn & Garden Center ZERO STAR, I would. They are dishonest, overcharge by triple, and even steal parts from your products. Avoid this place at all costs!

I called around to find a place to fix my Ego Lawn Mower, and at the time, B & M was the only one "partnering" with Ego. They assured me my mower would be fixed under warranty. Since they were 60 miles away, I confirmed everything beforehand to avoid a wasted trip. I dropped it off, got a receipt, and all they needed to do was fix a simple relay switch in the folding handle which costs $15 on amazon.

A week later, they called and claimed that because my mower was refurbished, the warranty didn’t apply, and it would cost me $200—almost half the price of the mower! This was supposed to be covered under warranty, and they had confirmed that both over the phone and at drop-off, fully aware that it was a refurbished item (as it was clearly noted on my purchase receipt). What a blatant lie to get me in, knowing they wouldn’t cover it and then trying to charge me once I was already committed!

I refused to pay and went to pick it up. When I arrived, my mower was in pieces! They hadn’t even bothered to reassemble it in the condition I brought it in. But the worst part? A few months later, when I tried to fix it myself, I discovered THEY HAD STOLEN the working relay switch from the top of the handle—likely for another machine they had!

This was hands down the most dishonest and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with any business. This is the first review I’ve ever written because the headache they caused was that extreme.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

I just want to Thank Anthony for going beyond his duties to find an obsolete part for us today.
Although he could not fill the order through his warehouse he searched for the oartbuntil he found a vendor who could fill the order.

Very small Garden Center. There are limited plants and supplies to choose from.

Go there went is not crowded. All the tourism people from Disneyland is always in this shopping center. Finds out about the Good deals, very competitive because across the street there a Super and a Smart & Final. Happy shopping!

Minimal selection of pots for plants, but we still found what we needed. Staff wasn't the friendliest but still answered our questions. Not too bad. Good pricing.
