We had a flawless experience with EGTC. From the first meeting with Victor to day of service with Sammy and crew, the service was excellent. It is clear that customer satisfaction is paramount to this company. The trees to be trimmed were large and in the middle of a garden and they managed to clean them up without damaging any of the plants underneath. The 7 man crew made quick and efficient work of this job. I would highly recommend Environmental Green Tree Care for all jobs big and small.

From there, we were able to be scheduled a time for the work that matched with the timeline we were looking for. On the day of, the crew arrived on time, were very professional, and worked almost non-stop for 4 hours removing 100 feet of probably 20+ year old ferns.

The work was near a utility/gas line and the team took care to work around it. We did have some movement of our walkway / cement pavement, but some of that was expected given the size of the trees being removed. The team did the best to minimize that.

Environmental Green Tree Care just finished the job at my residence and they did a fantastic job! They were smart, professional, and quick. The entire experience with Environmental Green Tree Care was great, with absolutely no problems at all! In addition to the great experience, I was at ease the entire time the work was being done because of the all the insurance coverage that this company has, I never had to worry about someone getting hurt on my property.

I chose Environmental Green Tree Care because of how easy everything is to set up. I simply clicked a button on their website, filled out my information, and then within the next hour Victor called me to set up an appointment for an estimate. Victor called me when he was on his way to my estimate so I could be ready for him. The estimate process was so easy as well! Victor never tried to up-sell me or anything like that, he just quoted me for the work that I told him I would like to get done and it was a very reasonable price. Environmental Green Tree Care has my business for life!

I was quite impressed with this service from start to finish. Compared to other companies I called, Environmental Green Tree Care was extremely responsive, and responsible. Victor showed up on time, respectful, clean and professional, with proof of insurance. And, his estimate was less than others I got! I was given a window of 11 am to 1 pm for the job to be done. They arrived at 11 am :) (This really freed up my day!). I found the whole experience to be easy, cost-effective and well done. Strongly recommend!

Excellent service! Victor came out and gave me a quote within a few days of original contact. He immediately sent me a quote (much more reasonable than I expected). We even added on a few more items and Victor was able to work with us quickly. We were able to schedule the service a few weeks out to fit with our larger project start date.

The crew showed up on time and were very respectful of the property. They took everything out, grinded the stumps and cleaned up after. Very pleased with the company. Will be using them again in the future and referring to family/friends.

This company did an amazing job from start to finish! Victor, the owner was very professional. He was able to give me a quote for cost of service with pictures I sent him via text message. The crew showed up on time, then made sure to discuss which trees were being trimmed and exactly how much we wanted to be trimmed off each tree. After they were finished trimming the trees, they completely cleaned up all the areas underneath each tree. Then later that evening, Victor called me back to check on how my experience went with his crew. I would highly recommend this company.

We went with Environmental Green Tree Care after getting several bids. Victor was quick to respond to my texts and messages, and I was surprised at how low the quote was compared to other companies on Yelp, especially considering that we were given a big packet of paperwork detailing their licenses and insurance, right off the bat.

They were able to get us in earlier than expected due to a cancellation, and the team arrived early and ready to work. They took out two cypresses and two bougainvillas, as well as trimmed some other trees on the property. The team was quick and efficient, cleaned up everything (and then some), and the price was absolutely right. I recommend them.

I had an outstanding experience with Environmental Green Tree Care with tree removal & trimming of our large eucalyptus trees in the Lake Forest woods. They were professional, timely, courteous, patiently answered all my questions, and were very reasonably priced! I received quotes from several companies and not only did they demonstrate competence in how to safely service these trees, but they also came in at the best price. My primary concern was to be sure that we hired a licensed, reputable company with insurance as these trees grow up to 75 feet in height & can cause a lot of damage if they are not handled carefully. They provide copies of their license, hazard insurance, & worker’s compensation coverage without even having to ask. I watched closely and provided input during our 4 hour job & was truly impressed with their skill in scaling tall trees & carefully removing large branches that were overhanging our street. After the tree service was complete, they made sure to clean up all of the debris & walked through our property to ensure it was completed to my satisfaction. I will definitely use Environmental Green Tree Care for future tree service or landscaping projects!

Victor and Ben were both a pleasure to work with - very responsive, on time for both the estimate appointment and actual job, and easy to communicate with via text/phone. Pricing was fair and competitive with other estimates we had gotten for the job. I appreciate that they had copies of their business license/insurance ready for me at the time of the estimate, and ultimately was the deciding factor for us between two well-reviewed companies. A crew of 6 men came for our job of trimming 13 trees, and they were done in about an hour, including cleanup. Unlike the general gardeners who I used in the past to trim our trees, they did not completely butcher them, so hopefully the shock is minimal and there will be healthy new growth in the spring.

Victor and his team were excellent! Starting from the initial bid, which was very competitive and thorough (all insurance and licensing information provided), continuing through the work and clean-up, the process was handled exceptionally well. The team showed up on time and were able to complete the work of removing two trees and do a full clean up in about 3 1/2 hours (quicker than anticipated.) Originally recommended by our neighbors, we will definitely be be using again! Victor and his team were very easy to work with and clearly laid out all the paperwork and details ahead of time. They did a great job on our trees and left the place cleaner than before. Also went above and beyond to diagnose and help treat our large pepper tree that had bark beetles. Great experience overall.

This team did great work. I asked for a quote online and received a call and follow up visit within 24 hours. They emailed and dropped off copies of their insurance coverage as well as their license which we personally appreciated.

We had one large pine tree removed and three ficus trees trimmed. The team showed up as scheduled with all the tools needed to get the job done. They were communicative throughout the entire process and checked in with us as they progressed to make sure everything was going ok. They did a great job with the trees and left the entire yard cleaner than when they arrived. The price quoted was competitive with other bids we received.

Victor was great to work with from day one. Super responsive over phone and text. Got me all the info I needed to get set up. Love that they are insured and bonded. The job was a little out of their service area, but they were willing to accommodate, gave us a fair quote to remove a huge palm tree. We got an estimate quickly and easily. They even dropped off cones to us so we could use to block off the street the night before! Now that's great service. Victor followed up the day of the service. They were efficient, professional, and very experienced. Would definitely use them again!

Victor was able to price match a competitor, send a contract and schedule my service within 24 hours of my quote request. They were able to come out within a week. The crew arrived early and did a great job of trimming and cleaning up. They even helped trim a few extra smaller trees and bushes. This is a professional company that truly values its clients. From the moment I contacted them, their service has been outstanding. I had 4 trees to trim, 2 of which were large fruit trees. The process started with a visit to go over the job and give me an estimate. That estimate along with all required insurance documents were given to me via text within 24 hours. This is their busy season, so an appointment 3 weeks out was reasonable. The crew of 3 showed up on time, reviewed the job once more with me and went straight to work. They did exactly what we discussed and the final product was beautiful.

They cleaned the area thoroughly after the job was finished along with our neighbor's yard that they had to access to perform some of the work.

I contacted this company to get a quote for removing a number of trees and stumps from my backyard. Victor responded to my email very quickly and sent a member of his crew, Omar out right away to give me a quote. After getting a few different estimates, I chose Environmental Green Tree Care. The quote was very reasonable and we started work the next week. It was a very large job and Victor sent out a crew of 10 guys led by Omar. The crew was awesome. They arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up the site. Environmental Green Tree Care exceeded my expectations. Thank you for the amazing work. We used Environmental Green Tree Care to trim an ash tree in our backyard and to trim back some trees along our fence.

Victor was easy to work with. He sent his foreman to our house, and he gave me the estimate which was reasonable. They came out that Saturday morning and were right on time. They finished the job almost to the minute of when they estimated the job would be complete.

The work was done very well. They put down a plastic cover on the ground to catch branches and debris. The workers wore hard hats and other safety gear to keep them safe.

They cleaned up well. We were very pleased with the service.

Moved into our home about a month ago and tree removal was at the top of our list of home projects. We had 6 cypress trees removed (plus a palm trimmed) and we’re so happy with the work! The crew of 4 showed up before 8am to start and finished a few hours later leaving our yard looking brand new. Victor was extremely easy to get a hold of and always communicated promptly. Environmental Green Tree Care crew came for a 3rd visit to our property today and as usual their work was amazing! They are reliable, hard working and so fast!
