You have an excellent employee named Javier! He was on time, very intelligent and efficient! He took the time to explain the heating and cooling system diagnostics and offered alternative systems. Leo came out to give me an estimate on replacing my leaking water heater. He was on time polite and explained what needed to be done. I appreciated the text I received that he was on his way. It included his picture, qualifications and background information. I felt very comfortable with him and hope to have them work with First American home warranty to solve my problem.

Had Marathon HVAC come out today to repair my heater. I was very impressed by the technician David G! He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, had the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly for a great price! Thank you! Will definitely be using this service for all our future HVAC needs.

This is my first time working with Marathon, Plumbing, Heating and Air since Long Beach Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. joined with them. A very pleasant experience from connecting with the front desk all the way through having the maintenance taken care of. They acknowledged my prior maintenance plan, so there was no fee for this visit. I did pay for another year of maintenance. I was happy to know that my former specialist at Long Beach Heating & Air conditioning, Derek, was able to come out again to do the maintenance. Derek always does a great job to ensure that the heat pump will work optimally when it’s hot or cold outdoors. On-time, experienced and neat.

Technician ran diagnostics. Said the motherboard was defective and needed to be replaced to the tune of $600, plus an air filter. Repair was not approved. I contacted another company. The technician ran diagnostics, mother board was fine. Limit switches were activated due to dirty filter. Filter replaced and HVAC unit returned to normal. Costing me $150. Be cautious if you choose Marathon.

He came out promptly, provided a very fair and transparent quote, and took the time to explain everything in detail so I could make informed decisions. Chris was personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable — it’s clear he genuinely cares about helping his customers, not just completing a job.

Absolutely outstanding service! I couldn’t be happier with the plumbing work done! They fixed both of our showers quickly and professionally, and the difference in water flow is incredible… it feels brand new. I normally don’t leave reviews, but people need to know what they’re walking into. We paid around $4,000 to have our pipe fixed and our drain flushed because our backyard kept flooding. After all that money, the problem is still not fixed. The drain still clogs, and the pipe they installed is so high off the ground that water can’t even flow through it properly. The work was basically useless.

On top of that, they kept rescheduling us over and over, which was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. For the price we paid, this entire experience has been absolutely ridiculous.

We’re still waiting for them to actually fix the issue, but based on everything so far, I would strongly warn others to be careful before trusting them with expensive work.

Eric Gonzales from Marathon came last week to give us an attic duct replacement estimate on our home in Lakewood. What a wonderful human being. Kind, personable, funny.

This has been quite an arduous journey to get the rodents under control, in our attic.

He was reassuring about the work Marathon, would be able to accomplish if we decided to go with their estimate.

I'm am so impressed with David who came today to look at my heater which is getting very old. He showed me on a device the insides of the heater and pointed out the signs of deteriation after all these years.
We discussed replacing but he wasn't pushing, he just explained all the choices.
I would recommend him and Marathon.

Amazing service from Luis at Marathon Plumbing. He was easy to work with and collaborated with me to come up with a repair solution that suited me perfectly. I had two toilets and two faucets replaced, and a shower repaired.

Dale (service tech) with Marathon was super helpful, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Dale’s got years of experience, which is priceless, he seems like a very good asset to this company, I’m glad we were able to get an experienced technician this time around. The previous technician’s that were sent out with another company had no idea what they were doing, luckily, Dale came out and was able to get us going with heat again. Thanks again Dale & Marathon for the fast and efficient work today! Great job.

From the call for help to the job well done, Marathon provided excellent customer service. Clear upfront pricing. Fast, friendly service. They sent me the service technician's picture and bio before he arrived which put me more at ease since I was home alone. Safety matters.

David, my new service tech, gave me tips on how to keep my unit running great, so in the end I chose their low cost service plan. Because face it, I can't change a filter and don't even want to try.
