We’ve been getting service from Service Allstars for a year now and we’re very happy with what they provide. Reasonable prices and very thorough. This time the technician Frank explained several findings and recommendations, which we definitely appreciated. Recommended!

Our technician was Evann and he was very polite, patient, and made sure to answer all our questions. He was thorough with communicating our furnace issues. He ended up servicing our furnace and replacing the sensor. We are happy with the service and will be contacting again for any other problems in the future.

Service All-Stars did excellent work and came through today! Brandon, Solomon and Jamie bravely worked in the 90 degree heat outside, including installing a new AC to finally cool down my warm home. I highly recommend them!

Had service maintenance on my HVAC system today. The technician Evann arrived early and was friendly and informative. He gave me step by step detailed information on what the service included including photos of the work completed. He gave recommendations of what things are needed to maintain my HVAC system in top condition. Great customer service.

Used to work here before I moved out of state, great people, and was alot to learn from, been 3 years sense, and I've went into refrigeration service and installing. Running pipe setting cases, but still remember airwest, great company

Airwest perform a great job of replacing our HVAC units. They replaced the condenser outside, the forced air unit in the attic and all the registers. They did it in one day leaving everything very clean once completed.

They reached out to me after receiving my info on home advisor and had left a message. I then followed up and called the after hours phone number and left a message but I got no response the entire day. Guess the job wasn’t worth getting. I originally gave 1 star, but decided to change it to 2. I’m huge on customer service and treating my own clients as if they were friends and family. But to call someone and then not returning my call (I called same day, 20 minutes later) for an entire day gave me that “I just want to make commission off you” type of feel. So my review is based off that alone and not their services.

Even giving Airwest one star is too many. First let me start by saying after spending about 10, 000 dollars on central air, you would think I would have a cool home during the warm weather.....WRONG!! The only room that gets cool is the living room....this is what 10 thousand dollars gets you with this company!! Then they didn't finish my insulation in my attic....that was a mission to get someone out to finish. This week my husband called for a service regarding the system not cooling. Well the day of our appointment, I took off work so we could have our system worked on and we get a call 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment that they have to cancel because they have a commercial account that needs their immediate attention. So basically their commercial accounts are high priority and screw the residential accounts. Take your business elsewhere, worse decision I ever made was hiring these clowns.

Dave is very responsive and his pricing is great. We showed up on time and provided an estimate same day. Him and his crew was professional and very knowledgeable. They took down old duct work In our warehouse and installed all new duct work. They did a great job protection the work area, minimizing distruption during work hours. We are very happy with overwall service and product.

I used Airwest to evaluate my air conditioning system before it got hot this past summer. They were the most professional air conditioning and heating service I have ever used. The technician took the time to explain everything to me, didn't try to sell me some thing I didn't need and replaced the filter for free. I highly recommend Airwest for your air conditioning and heating needs.
