I had Airwest replace my aging heating system. The installation included a new furance, new duct work and a whole house fan. We are extremely happy with the new system. Dave was a pleasure to work with and is very knowledgable. The installation went very smoothly. Compared to the other bids I received, Airwest was extremely competitive .

Used Air West for an install 2 years ago. It was trickier than usual install and they did a good job.
We needed an electrical line with a conduit run and Dave suggested his go to electrician. We did not care for the electrician's work as he drilled a hole in flooring that would not allow a straight line of conduit to go through the ceiling.
Since our install I have recommended Airwest to colleagues and friends and everyone has said good things about Airwest and their service. One thanked me for a "solid" referral.

I recently had a new furnace and air conditioning unit installed in my home. My wife and I are very please with the unit they recommended and the timely installation. We had a very challenging job as we have a low pitched roof (orginally a rock roof) on a home built in 1955 making access to ducts almost impossible due to lack of crawl space. They contracted removing old ducting and installing a new 200 amp electrical box at an affordable cost that was better than other firms. They also coordinated with HERS testing and city inspections (a lot of companies like to avoid this part). The installation crew was top notch. The tech support guys were equally excellent in addressing a couple issues that were resolved. Thanks to the excellent investigation and analysis of Dave (top installer) he was able to determine why we were not getting adequate airflow into 2 rooms that were additions. Turns out that when ducts were installed for the addition (25 years ago) they were not connected properly. Airwest corrected the problem for both rooms. The only issue I had was getting followup info and calls from Joe and Dave when they said they would. I found myself calling them to get status, upon which they were very responsive. The crews showed up on time as scheduled. I recommend AirWest to anyone looking for value on airconditioning or heating needs .

One year ago, August 2017 I decided to upgrade my over 30 years old Payne AC unit and I had three companies quoting for the job. Dave with Airwest made a good impression, extremely knowledgeable, and his quote was the best as well, budget wise.
April 12, 2018 I made appointment for them to come and replace it and within almost three hours they were done. Nice, neat and clean job, very polite and careful working (inside replacing the coil above the furnace) as well as outside with the new condenser.

Friday, June 8th, 2018 I experienced a little problem with the new AC unit and emailed Dave @ 7:30 PM. Monday morning I had Chris come and within minutes he troubleshoot the problem and provided solution.

Since then until now, September 2018, I enjoyed a nice and cool house and had no problem during the recent heat wave we've experienced.

Communication with company was good, service was good and so far I am grateful for their work and recommend them.

I had my old HVAC replaced yesterday. I love it!!!! these guys were amazing, customer support at its best. The actual HVAC is so quite! I live in a condo and my main concern was the noise. It is perfect. I am sooo happy! Airwest is a family owned business that really take care about customers and the quality of their work.
