2 years after the installation of our system I called with a problem. Roofers had dislodged the AC in our attic. Kevin was there the next day diagnosing and dealing directly with the roofers. That's service!!!

I contacted Climate Air Masters after contacting several other dealers listed on the Trane website to get a quote on replacing 2 heating & air conditioning systems. I wanted Trane systems for their brand reputation and quality not to mention the attractive financing program through Wells Fargo.

The whole process from the bid to the installation went very smoothly. The technicians were polite and friendly and explained everything along the way. They were also careful and made sure to put down plastic and clean up completely after they were finished. One of the systems blew a fuse the first night and the technicians arrived promptly the next morning to diagnose and correct the issue.

The systems needed to be HERS tested as required by California law. The 3rd party technician didn't know how to read his own gages which required the Climate Air Masters technicians to return to my home and again verify the refrigerant charges which were perfect by the way...

As estimated, I am saving about 30% on my electric bills from last year. I would certainly recommend this HVAC contractor.

Climate Air Masters abated asbestos and reducted our entire home. They were able to schedule a quick appointment, and were professional and left the work area clean! Pricing was much less than we were quoted elsewhere. Highly recommend!!

The salesman who came out was very friendly, courteous, honest and didn't try to sell me more than I needed like some others. I felt I could trust them. Their prices are reasonable. The installers were prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and very courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and wore booties over their shoes which I appreciated on my carpet. The AC works well and I feel comfortable that if something does go wrong I can call them and they will come out to fix it. They seem like family, not a big business.

We just used Climate Air Master's for the first time to install our heater. Everything was awesome! They showed up on time and completed the job quickly. They explained everything to us so we knew how it worked. I am glad we chose them for the installation.

Our company has used their services several times for repairs and did an excellent job and pricing was very fair. Almost every time we called they were able to provide service if not the same day, the following day.

I have also used them for service at my home. I was impressed with the fact that when the service tech entered my home he put booties on over his shoes. I know that has nothing to do with how their work is but it does show that they respect your property.

Climate Air Masters has done two big jobs for us - a wall unit in an addition with rerouting of vents, and a whole house upgrade of heating and AC. Both experiences were friendly and professional; this is an honest, trustworthy and thorough operation. They communicate really well and go above and beyond the requirements to be sure everything runs smoothly, even walking the customer through the inspection process. I highly recommend them.
