We had our AC go out suddenly, and with a 9-month-old here during 90 degree days, we needed a fix fast. Working with their team, I was pleasantly surprised at how fast and easy they made the process. Sal Ramirez came out and was able to diagnose the issues, quickly fix what needed fixing for the unit to work as it should, and even offered information on what we can do and when we can do it. Their team didn't push us on anything we didn't need, and offered to be there if we need anything else. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

I had my yearly tuneup on air and heating system. Tech did a good job and was on time. We have used them for years and have been pleased with their service.

The team arrived on time, took care of some issues with our old wiring and kept us informed of the progress as the work was being completed

Called on Tuesday evening, the tech came on Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving. Jesus was very communicative, told us the potential issue, he fixed it. He was patience and waited for the test trial. It was a heater issue. Jesus gave suggestions and advice on the issue. Overall, great experience.

Had another company come out and told me my 5 year old heater needed to be replaced. Had Jesus from four seasons come out for a second opinion and advise me there was nothing wrong with it. I was very happy with the service. Would recommend them to my family.

Got a little cold the other night and went to fire up the heater, vents were blowing cool air then I noticed the furnace wasnt kicking on. I had a company come out to check it and told me I needed a whole new furnace! Had a funny feeling about that so I gave Four Seasons a call for a 2nd opinion. I had spoke with Lindee over the phone who was extremely polite and professional. Thanks to a cancelation she was able to pencil me in for a same day diagnosis! Mike came out and was able to narrow the issue down to bad batteries in my thermostat. Ended up saving me thousands of dollars, I will always call them first for my issues from now on!! Everyone else can Hit the road Dude!!
