I had a good experience with Four Seasons Heating and Air. The technician ( Hector) really took care of our comfort and need, took time in making sure that the furnace is working fine and safe. He also explained in detail what was done and why. The company made sure that all our needs are met. I recommend this company if you have any issues with furnace or AC.

Hector came in to my house and checked the furnace. He found out the furnace was installed as used and he recommended to call the company which installed the unit to replace it since it is illegal to install an old furnace to a new house. It was 8 years old. He gave me a very good advice and honestly very helpful. He could fix the problem and left but he wanted to help.

Called and they came out the same day. Just a regular maintenance appointment but important things were found. They were willing to fix same day but I preferred a quote to show my husband before I committed. The invoice was sent right away. I will definitely be using them again. Employee was nice, knowledgeable and very helpful. Great job!

Hector was fantastic. All was explained very well. Another company said i needed a new heater, but Hector took it apart and showed me i didn't need a new heater, just some parts replaced. He saved me $8000.00
The gal that answered the phone was kind, polite and took care of me within 24 hours.

My technician Hector Baltazar was very patient and thorough in his diagnosis and explanation off my heating issue. He quickly got the parts ordered and returned just a few days later to fix my heater and provide a maintenance plan. He was very kind and a pleasure to work with.

I called Four Seasons last Thursday and senior technician Isaiah Doran came that afternoon. He thoroughly checked my furnace. During the inspection he explained all the workings of my furnace. It turned out I needed to replace it immediately. His technician Francis came the next day with the new furnace. He spent almost 6 hours insulating the closet and installing my new furnace. Both Isaiah and Francis were very professional. My new furnace is much quieter and starts easily when I select start. I am extremely thankful for the wonderful service I received from Four Seasons Heating & Air Company.

Update: The real measure of a company is how they treat their customers after they’ve cashed the check. I was having some issues with the new thermostat and called for some help and they sent Nick out to fix the problem. I really appreciate that consideration and professionalism.

Great experience with the free estimate, pictures of what was found, and how to repair or replace. The owner Jason, estimater Nick, and installers Richard and Francis were all professional and easy to work with. Did I want to buy a new heater? No. But at least these guys made it painless. They came the next day and did the installation. It was not easy as there wasn’t a lot of room, but Richard and Francis made it work. It’s been a few days and it works like a champ. Really appreciate their responsiveness!

I never thought I would be able to say that having to spend money on a home repair was a delightful experience, but this company made it possible. From meeting with Jason, our sales rep to the installers. They really earned my business and I highly recommend them. They are a company owned and operated by Veterans which is even more of a plus for me!

And to add, I was given a free flush of my water heater which I was surprised to receive. There was no mention of it when I had my A/C replaced. Yet, this fabulous company sent a technician out to service my water heater. What a great company to deal with! I’m so thankful to have had the pleasure of hiring them! A++++ Service!

Technician Jesus Gastelum was such a blessing. First estimate I got from another company told us we had to buy a whole new unit. Then when we called Four Seasons Heating & Air; Jesus showed up, looked at our system, fixed it right away and said we did NOT need a whole new unit! Four Seasons Heating and Air is exceptional. My need to call them was an emergency and Nicolas responded quickly -and professionally. Two days later new heater and AC unit were installed without any issues. Eric and Daniel worked efficiently and were great with my very curious kid. Would highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

Our two installers Daniel & Eric were very professional, respectful, and were a pleasure to have at our house. The technician, Jesus, arrived on time and spent good amount of time to troubleshoot the problem with my heater. Jesus worked his magic with the Jason, owner, on FaceTime, to get my business. Rich came in a couple hours later and installed a brand new heater furnace in about 4 hours. The two guys were professional and genuinely really nice guys. It was a great experience.

Last week Four Seasons installed a new heater and air conditioner. We chose Four Seasons because of their responsiveness, professionalism, and fair pricing.

The installation process went very smoothly.

Rich and Francis put down carpet protectors, disposed of small debris, removed the old equipment, and left the house neat and clean.

Nick was on time, communicated well, diagnosed my issue and had the heat back in working order within an hour. He was honest about the cause of the issue. Did a full clean out of my blower system and even advised me to replace my filter Asap because he didn't happen to have the right size one on hand. Great service!

I called on a Friday afternoon. The technician came the next morning. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Found the problem that day. My system was older and uncommon but he was able to locate a replacement part Monday. On Tuesday he returned with the part and repaired my unit.
He was prompt, professional, and courteous. I was completely satisfied with the service.
