Just little over a year I had clean out Kings come over to our house and we had to remove all the old existing sewer lines underneath the house. They were aged from the 1950s. All existing lines were rusted from the inside causing the flow of waste to back up. As these lines have aged it cause the diameter of the pipe from the inside to shrink because of the rust buildup. All lines were replaced up to the sidewalk and then from there the line that goes to the street was okay. Also the main water line was also replaced. All the crew that worked on this job all did a great job from beginning to end. If you ever have to do this type of job it's pricey but it's going to save you headache for years and years down the road. But their quality of work was great we had no issues and everything is fine here in 2025. I'll recommend this company to anybody needs to do this type of job and they do other types of work also. They were quick and responsive..👍

We always call Clean Out Kings for our plumbing issues. Our house is 60+ years old with galvanized metal pipes, so we have issues from time to time. We needed to replace a toilet, and despite some challenges in our bathroom plumbing, Dennis at Clean Out Kings managed it all easily and professionally. We got a new toilet installed right away. Very grateful for the courteous, prompt assistance!

I hired Clean-Out King’s in October 2023 to reseal an upstairs toilet. Less than 18 months later the seal they installed failed, and water leaked through the floor, staining and softening the ceiling below which I now have to get checked out. A properly installed wax ring should last many years, yet theirs didn’t survive even two.

When I reached out, the rep confirmed the work was out of their one-year “labor warranty” and offered only a “no-cost visual inspection”—no repair, no materials, no real accountability. In other words, pay them again for a problem their workmanship caused.

Between the premature failure, the water damage I now have to fix, and their unwillingness to stand by their work, I can’t recommend Clean-Out King’s. Spend your money on a plumber who actually guarantees quality and longevity.

Dennis cleared our bathroom sink drain, adjusted ptrap to hopefully eliminate sewage smell, gave me some good preventive recommendations, and helped us confirm we did not hit a water pipe in backyard, that we thought was causing sink not to drain. Customer service was excellent! Would call back for future plumbing needs and recommend to others.

We detected that we might have clogged main pipe on Sunday night. I called Clean Out Kings and they were able to respond by making an appointment the next day in the morning. Dennis was the plumber who came out on Monday morning. He called and texted me 15 minutes before as well as receiving a text message that the plumber was on his way. Dennis did a great job identifying the issue and was in and out of here in less than an hour. For the past 5 years, I have hired Bobby and his crew to repipe a rental home, replace water heaters, fix clogged drains, hydrablast roots from a sewage line, install faucets and toilets. We had a leak in our freshwater pipe that ran through the ceiling. I called in the evening before closing and they were able to send someone out and wave the emergency visit charge, which was great. Unfortunately, the plumber dispatched didn’t have the right size piping in n his truck so he couldn’t repair it, but he did set someone else up to come out first thing in the morning. They have a drywall/asbestos policy in place that you should be aware of. Initially, it wasn’t mentioned at all, so when a different plumber showed up the next morning he was not going to touch our pipe if we didn’t cut open a larger area of drywall in our ceiling ourselves or worse, have someone else come out and do it and then reschedule the plumber to come back for the pipe repair. We had a moment of panic when it seemed like he wasn’t going to stay and do the work. Thankfully, my husband was home and able to drill a bigger hole in the ceiling but I can’t help but think how much more delayed we would have been in getting this fixed if he hadn’t been home. However, in the interim of this miscommunication, the owner called me and let me vent, lol. He was awesome and took an additional 10% off our bill which was just an all around awesome gesture. The plumber fixed the pipe and all is well. I hope moving forward that either the phone dispatcher or someone does a better job communicating their asbestos in the drywall policy in order to circumvent any delay in having the job completed. All in all, I would most definitely use them again based on the owners customer service and the fact that the plumber fixed the issue.

Being an owner of an older home, we have used Clean-Out Kings for a wide variety of issues. They have improved our main sewer line, restored drain lines for several rooms, worked on our kitchen, etc. Frank has been the primary plumber for all of our jobs. He knows what he is doing and presents options with fair reasonable solutions to achieve the desired outcome. He did a fantastic job in our rough in phase and final hook-up phase of our kitchen remodel. When I call the office they are very kind, responsive and work hard to remedy my issue in a timely manner.

I had slab leak. My handyman performed a quick temporary fix but left our island kitchen faucet & dishwasher unsupplied with hot water, and I needed a plumber to restore the hot supply and ensure a more long-term fix for the leaky pipe that was cut and capped.

Clean-Out Kings was one of a few companies to respond, but their response time was by far the fastest, and their technicians were available to come to my house immediately.

Work was proposed quickly, and scheduled for the next day. Work was performed perfectly. Communication was fantastic--I was never left wondering if/when someone was going to show up. My problem was solved as fast as you could ask for.

Clean Out Kings are the only plumbers I’ll ever use again! Today Our technician Bobby was changing our water softner Brine bin and within 15 minutes he was on the road. What are the chances that in those 20 minutes or so we had a major back up in the whole house! We called Bobby and he returned to the residence and cleared his whole schedule to completely clear our main line. He also had to tell us the bad news of roots growing through our pipes near the street and even included a video of the damage! Rest assured the Clean Out Kings are giving me solutions to fix my issue and at a reasonable price. Can’t thank these guys enough for saving the day!

I had two good experiences working with Clean Out Kings. A few years ago they snaked my clogged bathroom sink, and I have never had an issue since. Recently Martin looked into issues with the toilets and found downstream piping issues. Martin resolved the immediate issue but explained the bigger cause. He was thorough in the inspection and explained the issue clearly. Overall a trustworthy company.

Tony came highly recommended and I can see why. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and most importantly honest. He reviewed the scope of work and acted quickly to remedy the toilet leak. He removed the toilet right then and there to quickly dry out the wet areas, and even came back out the next day to reinstall the toilet. Quickest turnaround time for a service job I've experienced. Tony also reassured me of the extent of the damage and didn't try to oversell me on any additional services, which I appreciated considering the previous quote from another vendor was inflated. I have used Clean Out King’s for many years with a variety of repairs, water heater repairs and replacements, or whatever requires plumbing issues. My to go plumber is Martin. He is absolutely the best. He goes far and beyond to do what is best for his clients. He is knowledgeable, patient and transparent.
This week I had the most challenging job for him. We had a slab leak in our powder room. It was a difficult task to try to figure out the problem, but Martin worked endlessly until he solved and fixed the issue.
Today he came with another nice gentleman, named Raul and both worked for long hours until everything was. working perfectly. He also installed a new water pressure regulator. I highly recommend Clean Out King’s and if you request Martin you won’t be disappointed.
