Martin and his team were extremely detailed and thorough throughout the whole process from start to finish. He promptly found my sewage issue and provided multiple options to fix with the pros and cons for each. Highly recommended for any plumbing/sewage job big or small.

I had a toilet leak that was flooding my neighbors ceiling. I was out of town unable to go see the damage. Picked this company based on the reviews. I was scheduled with Luis. Before any inspection he tells me in order to see where the leak is coming from we need to remove the ceiling downstairs - but first we need to test for asbestos. I had to schedule for asbestos test and it came positive. The. Hired a company to remove the asbestos ceiling. I spent $2k before they can even identify the leak. Red flags everywhere. Luis comes back and tells me he used his camera and found the leak is from the toilet flange. Quotes me $3700 to replace it! Says if i dont go with their company i owe them $400 for finding the issue! (I thought they said free estimate- dont fall for that). Well, it was Sunday and my neighbors ceiling was open, i wanted to get the issue fixed asap so that everyone can use their bathroom. I asked Luis if he can reduce the price because it was so much money - right away he came down to $3200 and said they will deduct the $400 for inspection (they never did). The work was done in less than 3 hours according to my neighbors who sent me updates. I paid the invoice without realizing the $400 initial fee for finding the leak was not deducted. I called and asked for a detailed invoice. The invoice i was sent was far from detailed and I was never refunded that fee. I spoke to Tony who tried to defend the $3200 charge to change a toilet flange. Please be aware. I would recommend to look for a honest plumbers. I definitely feel robbed by this company. They took an advantage of my situation when i need someone i could trust. Costly lesson for me.

This is our third call to Clear-Out Kings and we requested Mr. Bobby Tieu (he has a waiting list).
We called for a plugged garbage disposal that seized.
As mentioned in my initial post, he was punctual, asked if we wanted him to wear mask and booties, and prepped utilizing a throw chux to put his tool bag and got right to business diagnosing the concern. Once we discussed and agreed upon the scope of work, he drained the plugged garbage disposal, extracted the pebble/rock, cleared out the system and tested it three times. Also, asked us if we had any questions and suggested how to gently care for garbage disposal. Mr. Teiu was meticulous from start to finish and disposed of everything in his work truck. He was professional, efficient, and gently recommended care on the garbage disposal he worked on. He completed billing via email with complete details of his work.
Again, Mr. Teiu was great to work with from start to finish. Our family appreciates his attention to details and his expertise!

I am the type of person who is always going to shop around for the best deal so I definitely do my research beforehand. What surprised me most about Clean-Out Kings was that not only was the quote cheaper than everywhere else, the service was phenomenal. The technicians were punctual, knowledgeable, and honest. They were able to diagnose the problem with my shower drain and low water pressure and outlined what could be fixed and what needed to be replaced. That kind of honesty is very rare these days. I am so happy I found Clean-Out Kings and will definitely refer anyone I know who has plumbing needs. Cheers!

We have had a couple of plumbing issues come up and this company has been our saving grace. Tony is extremely friendly, reliable, communicative and reasonably charges for services. They even sent someone out after work hours to help us out when we had an emergency. We had a handyman mess up some of the shower piping, and Tony was able to promptly fix it. Could not be more impressed with immediate and dependable plumbing work.

We bought our first home and one of our projects was to find help for the plumbing. After researching different companies online, we called Clean-Out Kings for a quote. They were flexible with scheduling and provided a detailed quote based on what we needed done. They were able to handle both water plumbing and gas plumbing, AND we got a great rebate on a tankless water heater! Brian and Angel were really friendly and helped explain what they were doing, as well as provided an estimated timeline for completion. On a 4 day project, they finished a day early. As with any renovation of a 50+ year old house, they identified some issues that we were not aware of. One being the roots blocking our sewer pipe. Brian quickly identified the problem area and explained to us our options, including pricing breakdown. We opted for the more permanent solution to protect our sewer line. They managed to dig, clean, and install the liner all in one day. Thankfully with their expert guidance, this is an issue we will no longer have to worry about. Since we have been doing a lot of the other home improvements ourselves, Brian let us know they have additional flexible scheduling for when they need to come back for the finishing touches. Over due review, used this company a few times now for various issues around the house. Always easy to schedule, they have someone answering calls 24/7. The technicians are always very professional and courteous. They really do care about providing A-1 service, explaining/addressing my questions and cleaning up after themselves. Have used a lot of plumbers over the years and cheap work isn't always good and good work isn't always cheap but these guys are a great value. Thanks again!

Recently had an issue with a toilet not flushing and a slow draining sink. Contacted Clean Out King’s in the morning and had a plumber out at 1pm as promised. Bobby T. was our plumber and he was very courteous, clean, and efficient. He had both problems fixed within 30 minutes and gave me some cost-efficient tips on what I could do to maintain my pipes.

Clean Out Kings sent out Dennis to come take a look at our shower. We needed to get our fixture replaced, but we also had a leak coming from our faucet. Dennis explained everything that was going on and was able to get it fixed in the same visit. Another company wanted to charge more and the repair would have been more invasive, but Dennis took care of it and saved us money. Highly recommend Clean Out Kings!

They were very polite, there was no nonsense, they were willing to work around my needs and schedule. Martin and his partner from Clean-Out Kings have been outstanding in their services. We first met Martin when he came out to do a sewer inspection when we were purchasing a home. He was thorough in explaining the condition of the sewer. A month later, he helped us install the Water Leak Detection System (Moen Flo) to be approved by our home insurance. He was attentive and took his time to do it right. He would always follow-up with us on his approach and if we were ok with him proceeding. 3rd time repeat customer and I’m never disappointed . Honest , knowledgeable , clean, and efficient and professional !! I got my sewer line cleared , 150ft snake ran . And all the bathrooms were running water and toilets flushed and hose forced water down the clean out to make sure the line was cleared . Bobby was my plumber today and if I have a say , he’ll be my plumber next time too . I was offered a camera down the line for extra fee and declined . I kind of don’t want to know if my pipes are cracked ! lol

Bobby Tieu and Raul, two outstanding technicians from Clean-Out King's. The SOCAL Gas Company turned-off my gas service due to a gas leak from one of the lines. I called for estimates from 3 plumbing companies to fix my gas line, one of them being Clean-Out King's. The first 2 came out to check the leak and gave me estimates amounting to several thousands of dollars each. Fortunately, Bobby was the 3rd person to show up and explained to me a more practical and best solution to fix the gas leak without breaking the bank and not compromising safety. I agreed with his approach and gave him the job. Bobby and Raul showed up the next day, although later in the afternoon because they had to finish an earlier job they were working on, and still finished my project by sundown. I called the gas company that same evening and everything passed and turned my gas service back on. Bobby and Raul are rarity nowadays, people who are hardworking and honest. I will definitely make Clean-Out King's my go to plumber whenever I'll need it. Highly Recommended!

So l've been needing to have a gas line for the dryer moved because it was in the way and was crushing the vent hose for the lint trap. I contacted Clean-Out King's and was met by Anthony. They had a clean, professional vehicle, and Anthony was also very professional and personable and explained in detail what the job entailed. Fast, reliable, same day service. Our toilet was constantly running, and Anthony from Clean-Out Kings responded to our Yelp request within a couple hours of my posting. He came out the same day to check out our toilet, shower drain, and pool fill valve that was frozen. Gave us a fair quote, installed a brand new toilet, snaked our drain, and fixed our pool fill valve so we could turn it the same day. Couldn’t have been happier, and will be calling again for plumbing issues.
