Juan and Manny were awesome. They came out and had a look at our garbage disposal. It turned it was working fine, but they stuck around to make sure it was functioning properly and gave us tips on how to clean the blades and how to clean our faucet. Highly recommend!

We were referred to Megan Plumbing through our home warranty policy. We had a main drain leak under our home. The service provided by Magna Plumbing was Awesome!! Mark responded right away after we left a message on his phone number the insurance company gave us. When he called us back he gave a direct number to reach him at for future use. He scheduled his technician Cesar the next day late morning. Cesar show up the next day right on time, he was professional, courteous and friendly. After filling him in on the problem and showing him a picture of the leaking pipe was he darned his jump suite and disappeared under the house. After he seen what the problem was he knew what was needed too do the job at hand. He had to get authorization from insurance company before proceeding and would return to do the work the next day when authorization was given. The following morning I called Mark and asked if the insurance company had given authorization and he said yes and Cesar would be here in the late morning between 10-11. Around 10:30am Mark called me to advise Cesar was on his way. He arrived and immediately starting working under the house removing the damaged lines about 10 feet and then replaced with new lines. Cesar cleaned everything up and left the job site clean. Cesar’s workmanship was professional you could tell this man knows his stuff. It’s nice to deal with professional people that have the knowledge to do a job right. Being Senior Citizens we felt we were treated with respect and compassion nice to feel that these days. Thank You Magna Plumbing Mark and Cesar for your professionalism during our time of need.

Fast service and got down to fixing the problem immediately. We were all in a panic, but once Roger came, he was so professional and on it. We had a leak from the ceiling, and Roger found where the leak was and we were able to figure out low cost options to repair.

My plumber Roger did a great job replacing my leaky kitchen faucet. Although he had to work extra hard to remove a stuck corroded nut, he did it with patience and quiet determination.

So happy that we chose J Cor to repair the valve on our water main in Fountain Valley. Erin was on time, and did a spectacular job fixing the problem we were so anxious about. Also, she’s very communicative, explaining what needed to be done, and appears to be a perfectionist - we have the most gorgeous water main in our complex! Their customer service is exceptional - very quick response to the initial call (David even called back while he was attending a wedding!). I have the pleasure to work with J Cor regarding my drywall leak in the ceiling in the washer/dryer room. They are very promptly with response to my questions. Bryant, the on site technician is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. During the work, the power was out to the whole community however Bryant is willing to stay till the job done. I had a leak in my kitchen and reached out to JCor for help. They sent Roger over, and he quickly got to work figuring out what was going on. He ended up cutting into the wall and found that the water was actually coming from the unit above me. Turns out, the issue was a missing sealant on my upstairs neighbor’s shower handle. Once that was taken care of, the leak stopped. Really appreciated Roger’s thorough work and quick diagnosis.

JCor came to install toilet for me the other day and I was really satisfied with how fast and efficient they are. Roger showed professionalism and was respectful when he was in my home.

I live in a townhome and it’s several other units in the same building. All of my neighbors and myself were experiencing back ups. Stuff was coming up from our toilets and showers. It was really bad. My neighbors and myself saw wipes and waste coming from this sewer cap. We spoke to a board member who called their plumbing company, JCor. Two guys were sent. Their names were David and Roger. They were here for a few hours trying to unclog the sewer line. After awhile, they cleared it using their hydro jetter. I was so happy and thankful that they were able to come out so late. Very happy with their service.

I had an issue with my sewer line backing up into the bathroom toilet causing water to build up on the floor. As I live in a condo association, I contacted them and they sent a plumber from JCOR Plumbing. The plumbers name was Erin who came to knock on the door. She looked into what the possible issue could be and pointed out that the main sewer line looked to be clogged and would be running a snake through the sewer line to see if that would help with the back up issue. In a matter of 15 minutes the line was clear and free flowing. I definitely appreciate the professionalism she exhibited in the whole process of clearing the sewer line. 5 star service. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues that you may need.

Erin came to fix a clogged drain in my main shower in my townhouse in Tustin. She was very friendly , was very thorough and very careful with the delicate shower tiles. She did a great job and resolved the problem very quickly and cleanly!

Had a nasty urinal backup in Newport Beach and Erin came to the rescue! She fixed the problem quickly and left everything clean and tidy before leaving for a reasonable price. Would call again for any plumbing issues.
