I called Power Pro Plumbing in the morning because I had taken a day off work to meet with another plumbing company who was a no show at 10:00 am and PPP fit me in their schedule for that same afternoon with an 11-3 pm ETA. Not only did they call to confirm the technician would arrive in 20 minutes, but they emailed me his name and picture. When I opened the door, Miguel Reynose introduced himself with a smile on his face and was just the nicest, most polite, happy and through person. He explained everything to me and went above and beyond to make sure everything in my toilet was working properly before he left. 5 STARS to Miguel Reynose & Power Pro Plumbing. Gilbert Escutia & Luis Aguilar were very professional & provided me with a reasonable quote for a plumbing job I needed. However, my wife & I decided not to move forward at this time due to other factors. We would consider hiring Power Pro when circumstances allow. Overall, they are knowledgeable & offer competitive pricing.

We had been having issues with our AC for a year and a half. 3 different companies came out to fix it. No diagnosis was ever made. My AC stopped working on a hot day. I called a few companies to get someone to come out. I was offered an apt 2 weeks out. When I called Power Pro they were able to send someone the same day. Alejandro was great!!! He explained what he was able to diagnose and gave me options for my budget. Greatly appreciate his expertise.

Alejandro Lupercio is a very knowledgeable and curteous professional HVAC technician. He is very detailed oriented and his recommendations are very well designed and supported by evidence. He is very clear in his reasoning as to why and when a certain service is needed . He came in for a routine A/C unit check up and within few minutes he identified few potential problems with my A/C unit. He looked around and made few recommendations. Again, he was very professional , knowledgeable and fast. He was vey clear and concise in explaning the options I had and how much it will cost to fix it now or in few months.That is what I call going the extra mile because you care. I love his dedication and thoughtfulness and most of all , how honest he is. Very rare you find a contractor like this. Thank you, Alejandro, for helping me .

As usual, Power Pro delivered excellent, professional service. I was impressed my technician David remembered installing our water heater; ashamed to say I did not remember him at first. Nice to know good technicians hang around as it's a sign of a good company. Water heater flush went without a hitch and David took time to walk me through water softener/filtration options. If we decide to do a whole house system, definitely calling Power Pro to make it happen.

Tony Arevalo arrived within 45 minutes of my call to request service. He installed a replacement instant hot water faucet in our kitchen in about an hour. He was great. Everything works great. He checked our water pressure and water heater to make sure everything was good.

Joe from Power Pro Plumbing is the best in the business! He came out to do hydro jetting on our sewer line and absolutely crushed it. Omar and Felix got to my home during the specified time. Omar did a wonderful job explaining to me what to spect during their visit. They starting working on my furnace. They were here to perform a tune up and add an air scrubber to help with air quality inside my home. During the course of their inspection they came across several things that needed to be addressed. I am happy they brought them up and gave me the option of taking care of it. If you want and can afford to take care of the issues why not. Makes the system run smoothly. I decided to take care of everything. Omar and Felix work hard and got everything done. They made my system worked and look great. They cleaned after themselves. Thank you Omar and Felix.
