Today I must admit that Power Pro Technician Tony Arevalo did an amazing job fixing out slow drain in our front restroom tube and we greatly appreciate his efforts and dedication and that extra measure of care for our issue. David arrived promptly. He was courteous and extremely professional. Best of all, he immediately identified the cause of my plumbing issue and repaired it within 10 minutes. Would highly recommend.

Tony provided Quick and efficient services. Luckily our plumbing didn’t need much work, but technician checked all important areas and flushed our water heater.

I really disappointed about the management policy regarding the price, for checking the water softener, basically turn on and take a look inside cost $155.
First when I called, the receptionist, she didn't mention I have to pay for the checking fee, she told me after they found out the problem will tell me how much the total cost that need to be repair.

The technician nice & polite and helpful. Nothing complain about him, he told me join the member so i only pay $155, instead of paid $229 for only check the machine. Thank you Ricky.

We were immediately impressed by his professionalism, courtesy and knowledge for the best solution. In fact, it was because of him that we made the right decision to go with Power Pro. On the day of estimating the job, he did more than all the other companies to ensure and pinpoint the problem. We were so impressed by his approach and willingness to educate us on the solution. When he told us that he would be the one performing and supervising the work, we knew we had to go with Arnulfo and Power Pro. He arrived on the promised day on time and immediately went to work on the replacement line. They performed the work exactly as described and when they hit small bumps he knew how to overcome it. He made sure everything was operating as expected, leaving us satisfied and pleased with the work performed. I would recommend Arnulfo and Power Pro Plumbing to anyone looking for a professional, honest, skilled and affordable plumbing contractor!

Joe will never rush or pressure you in making descisions, but, will go over (step by step) the importance of those repairs, how they are handled and what to expect. He answers all of your questions, even if you ask them twice!!

Joe is a veteran with decades of high quality top notch talent who willingly takes customer care and service as a true professional. I am so thankful for his support in taking care of my plumbing issues.

Alejandro was very polite, and courteous. He was very thoroughly,, and efficient in his work, and he was also very thorough with the clean-up. He did a very excellent job and he was a very friendly, thoughtful fellow!! Will come back

Julian was very knowledgeable and thorough. He did an inspection, made suggestions, and gave us an estimate for a current job.

While he was on the phone with one of your experts on pump-up systems, one we needed worked on, I overheard him being told we needed a entirely new system. I brought up that we only wanted the drum leveled and the hoses and valves replaced but the person on the phone said we needed it all replaced. As we expected, your bid was $5000 more than our other estimate! Needless to say we went with the other company.

None of that was a reflection on the professional nature of Julian.

Julian and the Power Pro Plumbing Team did a fantastic just installing new tankless water heater and updating our old water pipes. Most notably, very clean and professional: covered floors, used shoe covers, vacuumed end of day. Also responsive. Will continue to use their future service.

Being new to the Power Pro Plumbing club, we decided to take advantage of the annual plumbing inspection included in the club benefits. Efrain came to the house, on time, made friends with my barking dogs, and got right to work. He found one issue (the result of a prior plumbing company's efforts), and he made several suggestions about courses of action we could take. Should we ever need plumbing help, we are absolutely requesting Efrain.

Luis was excellent. Although he showed up 2 hours after expected there were multiple different people reporting when he would arrive. Once he did he was very courteous. He was thorough in his explanations and his inspection explaining what he was doing. Installation of water heater clean and tidy and appraised me of issue with water pressure which I declined for the present for financial reasons but will likely proceed next month. He was kind and courteous enough to help me remove the filters from my stove vent hood for cleaning as I am unable to do so due to recent shoulder surgery. Extremely satisfied with the entire experience.

Joe N. was incredibly helpful in diagnosing the issue and presenting me with potential solutions. He was thorough in answering my questions and made it a point to ensure that I understood what each service entailed. I would highly recommend the level of service I received today

Emiliano Gutierrez arrived in a timely manner from when he called us. He installed a new tank gas hot water heater. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained all his work in detail, and provided us with answers to our questions. He is a definite asset to the Power Pro organization and his representation speaks volumes. Kudos, to Emiliano for his superb work ethics.

Marco did an amazing job! Very thoughtful in how he implemented the solution to meet our needs. Very kind and respectful. Clean and comfortable to have him in my home. A model employee!

I was very pleased with Josh who thoroughly checked out my heating system. He was friendly, helpful, and polite as well as conscientious about cleaning up after himself after emerging from my very dusty attic. He explained everything well and obviously has a clear understanding of my HVAC system. Josh presented—without being pushy, which I appreciate—options and estimates for me to consider regarding repairs or replacement of my 25-year-old ductwork. Power Pro is lucky to have this young man on their team.

The service was very good. Rickey was very patient and is an educator for me. He tells me how to maintain my water heater after his service to keep my system healthy. Example flushing the device and setting the pilot in case if emergency.
